The location is very good, just at the exit of Oslo Railway Station. It takes half an hour to get there by train from the airport. You can turn around and go upstairs directly after leaving the train station. It is extremely convenient for people in transit. Shopping and dining are all within walking distance, which is very satisfactory. The hotel service is good. Water and chocolate are given upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are very fast and there are no problems. The room is average. Small beds are a common problem in Norwegian hotels, but fortunately this one at least has a refrigerator. There is no problem with hygiene, and the bedding is ok and not itchy. The breakfast is rich and the service is in place. Overall, I still recommend this hotel.

This is an exceptional hotel for quality and service. We were able to check in early to a spacious room with all the extras, hair dryer, mini bar, snacks, iron facilities and drinks tray. Great comfy beds and bathroom facilities. The car park is underground accessible from the rear of the hotel and is secure with a lift to directly within the hotel The breakfast is vast and great quality with the chefs regularly doing quality control of the food and dining staff efficiently clearing tables. We ate in the restaurant and it was good quality. I must mention the young man who served us as his customer service was exceptional not to mention his cocktail mixing skills! Nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff were really helpful in helping us with the public transport and although the hotel is located on the perimeter of the city both tram and bus stops were located within minutes of the hotel and we’re easy to navigate with the routers app. All the staff we came into contact with were both helpful and professional and were all good ambassadors for the hotel group. I would not hesitate in a heart beat to recommend this hotel, thank you for the service.

The hotel is very close to the center of Oslo. Everything is walking distance and very convenient. The room was very spacious for my family of 3, very clean and it has everything we need. The breakfast was the best part of our stay in the hotel. They had lots of choices and the food was really nice. I would highly recommend this hotel when you're staying in Oslo.

The room won't be big enough to just carry luggage and walk. But it is very clean and tidy. The biggest selling point is actually the buffet breakfast! There are so many varieties, although I don't like to eat, but I can't deny that in the high price of Norway, this is definitely a hotel with high cost performance.
