Radisson Properties in Oslo

The hotel's location is good and convenient. Although the room isn't large, it's clean and functional, which was acceptable. I arrived in Oslo a day early, excited for my Silver Sea Arctic cruise, and planned to extend my stay at the hotel for one night after the cruise. When checking in, I specifically mentioned that the cruise company had already booked a room for the following night and asked if I could stay in the same room to avoid switching. The receptionist checked and confirmed that they had specially arranged for me to stay in the same room, and I would just need to renew my key the next day. I was very pleased, thinking the hotel's service was thoughtful and human. However, the next morning when I went to the front desk to renew my key, I was told that if I wanted to continue my stay, I'd have to pay an additional 500 NOK! The hotel management's policy changed so suddenly; I believe their service greatly needs improvement. I also have an extended stay for one night on my return trip. I wonder if they'll try to make me switch rooms or upgrade then?! Very dissatisfied. Also, the bed wasn't very big, and the breakfast chef was very unfriendly.

The hotel location was ideal and not far from oslo city centre with a metro station across the road and several bus stops very nearby. Most of the staff were very helpful however there was one gentleman who appeared to assist but then no result to his said actions. Additionally the first room he provided he stated would have view. The view was of the hotel from the window. The room he provided was unclean and filthy. We requested a change to our room with his colleague. She was very helpful and gave us a great room very clean room with a view of the river, but only thing is we had no phone in the room. We requested one but was told one would not available until later on the week. This was not beneficial as we were leaving. The amenities were ok however the hotel had direct access to mini shopping mall which had some lovely coffee shops and general convenience stores, which was great. Therefore we did not eat at the hotel. Overall apart from the above issues it was a pleasant stay and we extended it by a day which was a smooth process and we was able to stay in the same second room.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the National Opera House train station, and public transportation is also easily accessible. Perhaps because it's part of the Jinjiang Hotel group, it felt a bit more familiar. The first quad room we were given had a strong renovation smell. After we raised the issue, the hotel quickly moved us to a different room. The new room had a much more practical layout and was more comfortable, even though it wasn't particularly spacious.

This hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy to get to the airport with a bus stop right outside. It's about 500 meters from Metro Line 2 and within the public transport zone 1, so budget-conscious travelers can save money by purchasing a 24-hour pass for 1370 CZK per person. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, and it hosts tour groups, which can make it feel a bit chaotic.

a beautiful hotel in downtown Oslo, good breakfast (no freshly squeezed orange juice), staff very customer-oriented, on the respiratory made free appreciation of the room (we didn't ask), learning that we are the first time in the country. 

The hotel is brand new. The rooms are not very big but they are very comfortable and spacious enough. The breakfast is very good and one should not miss it. The hotel is located in a quite neighbourhood easily reached by public transportation. There are not many restaurants and shops in the area. It's not close to the city centre but the metro station is 10 min away and you can get there in 20-30 minutes. Definitely a very good option to stay in Oslo.
