Convenient, colourful and clean. It’s suitable for family as they provide many activities in the hotel. I am not really into the design though.

Really loved this hotel and would stay again but probably try the All Stars Movies next time. The hotel offers free shuttle to all the parks but during peak hours can be quite packed. It is a family resort so felt safe within the premises. The food court offers reasonably priced & tasty food and closes quite late at 11 pm. Wished there were more fountains to refill water bottles. There is also guest laundry which was very easy to pay to use.

For the price, being in a Disney Hotel with the benefit of shuttle and early entrance to parka is enough value, but adding the good service, beds and installations, is a great value stay for coming to Disney with the family.

We loved the decorations in the guest rooms. The restaurant was free-style, we loved this unique experience in America.

It’s a Sisney property resort, so you get early entry. It’s clean with comfortable beds. Rooms are basic but fine. Food court is adequate. Pool is nice. They lost my luggage at one point but did find it quickly.

do not have enough carts help to move the stuff, but overall is good.

The staff is very friendly. The resort atmosphere was better than expected. The bus stop is also very close to the lobby. I recommend it!!

Disney's friendly service, as long as there is a clean vacant room, you can check in at any time, you can enter the park early and there are buses to travel between the parks, which is super convenient

Basically, I was satisfied with the spaciousness, but there were a lot of bugs and I was bitten by some bugs, which made me feel uncomfortable. At first glance, it looked beautiful, so that was the only disappointing point.

The room was spacious and felt like an apartment. Amenities included soap, shampoo, coffee, etc. Toothbrushes, etc. were not provided. The room was cleaned once every two days, but there were towels for each day, so it was not a problem.
