Very convenient hotel, 1 minute walk to the international airport. There are shopping stores and restaurants near the hotel, around 10 minutes walk to supermarket.

This was our second time staying here, and apart from the room and amenities being great, we unfortunately had an issue with a receptionist not logging our late check out request and had 2 staff members try to enter our room during our stay. Thankfully, the hotel manager was able to help rectify and solve this problem with no issues. Be sure to check with receptionist when making requests that they are logged correctly. In light of this, I would stay here again.

From check-in to leaving my stay at the hotel was amazing. The staff there was very attentive and quickly responsive to any inquiries. The room was clean and well equipped. A great location if you have to fly out or a long layover.

Best location for airport, good service and staff, greT food in restaurant

If any of you have stayed in an airport hotel before It might seem strange to see one given five stars in a rating. They're usually what could be described as functional at best. But my partner and I were pleasantly surprised. From the moment we booked in the staff were friendly and responsive. And when we got to the room, we found that although it's not the biggest in the world, it was fairly nicely done and well laid out. There's a nice restaurant downstairs offering a fair selection of food, that can also be ordered via room service. And if you don't fancy that, then there is the option of walking across to the airport to order from one of the fast food places located in the domestic departures. Another option is Uber eats where you'll find a fair selection of restaurants and even a supermarket that delivers to the hotel. Another unexpected bonus is a really impressive gym on the third floor. We've been to five star hotels that have had gyms that have less equipped and less maintained than the gym, at the Auckland airport Novotel. And if course it's just across the road from the airport. For international flights as you exit through the doors it's less than two minutes across the road, whilst for domestic flights it's a bit further but with decent sign posting easy to get to in about 10 - 15 minutes by foot. Added to that, when we first arrived in New Zealand we stayed at the Novotel overnight, and my partner forgot his earphones in the room. Once we realised what had happened we contacted the hotel. They alerted us that they had found the earphones which had been handed in by housekeeping and that they would be happy to hold onto the earphones until our return to the hotel in three weeks time at the end of our trip. This summed up the helpful and friendly staff.

Close to airport which is good for early flight. Room is spacious and the staff is nice and helpful.

This hotel is situated few meters away from the Auckland international Airport terminal. Nice and cosy to rest up before catching the next flight or to simply unwind after a long flight.

Perfect stay for relaxing before heading back. Super convenient as its located right opp the Auckland airport. 5 star rooms and amenities

Great overnight hotel before our early morning flight! Comfortable beds and good showers! Located just in front of the airport!

I am generally satisfied with the hotel (room) itself but have some problem with the restaurant. We had dinner there as it is the only "decent" place around the airport that offers a good menu. However, after we have ordered, it took nearly 1.5 hours for our main courses to arrive, after we have urged the staff there twice. And they didn't give a good explanation for the delay. It was busy but the guests around us who arrived later than us have mostly finished their meals before ours arrived. I won't recommend it to anyone and would advice they look for cheaper options in the airport departure hall instead.

Located beside the airport though limited food options nearby. No flexibility with check in or check out times unless you pay an extra $60. Understandable being next to the airport but it really makes you feel like they are trying to squeeze as many dollars out of you as possible.

1. Charges me twice and haven’t solved the problem yet 2. No refund of $100 yet after 4 days. 3. No one help me load my suitcases into the rolling doors and all suitcases fell off.
