Love this rustic, quaint hotel. A nice stroll from a Yodoyabashi train station. Hotel staff was warm, friendly and considerate. Room was a tad small to open up both our luggages at the same time but that’s generally most hotels in Japan. The comfy bed and amazing breakfast made up for that. Nice little touch of microwaves and vending machines on selected levels. Might have found my favourite hotel in Osaka now. Would stay there again for sure.

Location quite great if you are traveling around Dotombori and there are several transportation stations around. There are some walking distances if you are coming from Nankai line or Namba station There is onsen and free ice cream for every customer. Free ramen is also available every night Do take note if room have room service provided otherwise you will need to top up

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dormy Inn PREMIUM in Osaka for the first time, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I checked in, I felt warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, and the experience only got better from there. One highlight of my stay was the hotel's complimentary noodle service in the evening. After a day of sightseeing, it was a treat to come back to the hotel and enjoy a delicious bowl of noodles. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge. In addition, the hotel also provided a selection of snacks and free coffee, which was a delightful surprise. And a rejuvenating hot spring made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka, as it truly offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation.

I have stayed at various hotels at work so far, but it is quite pikaichi! It's new so clean, of course, but where it's not written on the hotel web, the washroom space and room are completely separate and relaxing. Also, when I entered the room, there was a refrigerator switch, an air cleaner, and an air conditioner, and the air cleaner had water properly and humidified. This was the first time. The lobby has a welcome drink coffee and fruit soaked water. The bath on the top floor 10 floor was well equipped with amenities and the outdoor bath was comfortable. There are microwave ovens, ice making machines and vending machines on the two floors, but they were equipped with vinyl for take-off, wrapped, chopsticks, oshibori, and paper dishes. I ate dinner in the room because it was a corona ridge, but it was a surprise that it was greatly exceeded the negative though it was difficult to eat in the room layout, and it became a satisfactory feeling!

It is strongly recommended for students and other people who skip meals to stay. It is only a few steps away from Kintetsu Nihonbashi Station and Lawson is nearby, which is very convenient. The room was very clean and I was satisfied after two days of staying. I thought the shampoo in the hotel would make my hair squeaky, but the shampoo in this hotel was very good because it became smooth.

Hotel for onsen lovers!! The hotel is located at city center but they have excellent onsen facilities! They have one big indoor onsen and also 2 bathtubs a small outdoor onsen area The rooms are small but it is clean and well designed They have very good breakfast!! Tempura is so good and the served it hot! They have seafood don for Breakfast! Its best breakfast we had in osaka! They have free ramen at 21:00-24:00 And they have free popcical and yogurt drink The hotel is decorated with cute kimono patterns There is no parking at the facility and the coin parking around the umeda area is quite expensive

The hotel has a great location, with views of Osaka Castle, and it's only 20 minutes to attractions like Osaka's Shinsaibashi. There was a concierge when we checked in. Even though we have Gold status, we stayed in an executive room, so after we checked in at the front desk, we went to the lounge to wait for our room to be ready. Once it was, our luggage had already been moved into the room. There was no welcome fruit, but there were cookies. The room is not large, 26 sqm, but it is very well-decorated, with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a nice view. The hotel just opened in 2024, so all the facilities are very new. The hardware is well-made, and the bathroom is fully equipped with TOTO smart fixtures. The quality of the food and drinks in the lounge was quite good, and the desserts weren't too sweet. In addition to a continental breakfast, you can also enjoy some Japanese specialty snacks. The electronic room key worked well, with hardly any issues. It could be used in the gym, pool, elevator, and room. The gym isn't large, but it's well-equipped, with all Precor products. 酒店位置很好，能看到大阪城，20分钟能去到大阪心斋桥等等景点。入住时有礼宾。虽然是金卡，但是我们入住行政房，因此我们在前台办理好后就去酒廊等待房间准备就绪。在就绪后，我们的行李已经被搬进房间。没有欢迎水果，但是有曲奇。 房间不大，26sqm，但是装修很好，层高很高，有落地窗，景色不错。是2024年新开业的酒店，设施都很新，五金件很紧致，全套toto智能卫浴。 酒店的酒廊出品质量以及酒的质量都不错，甜点不腻。早餐除了欧陆早餐，还能吃到一些日本特色小食。 电子房卡好用，很少掉链子，健身房、泳池、电梯、房间均可用。健身房不大，但是设施齐全，全部都是precor的产品。

The location is good. It's a few minutes away from the subway station and very close to Tsutenkaku Tower. You can also see Tsutenkaku Tower from the balcony of the room. The customer service responded very quickly. It turns out it's owned by a Chinese. The room is fully equipped with a washing machine, which is very convenient and hygienic. It's almost there. There are obvious stains in the bathroom. The pots and pans have not been washed. The layers of oil stains left by the previous residents' use are still very clear. The hair dryer can never be put back into place and will suddenly fall off.

Pleasant stay with my husband, mum and auntie in 2 separate rooms. The twin room was very comfortable size for 2 persons with 2 luggage, no need to hop over luggages. The triple room that I booked was similar/almost same sized as the twin room. There was a washing machine and you could then dry your clothes in the bathroom with the blower. This hotel is unmanned, many people still do store their luggage at the ground floor. The online communication response via email was very good and prompt. I had many questioned and they were answered promptly. Location is great, I can walk to Namba 15 min or just take the train 1 stop as the train station is very near
