The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Osaka, providing easy access to popular tourist attractions. The apartment is adequately sized for a couple, and there are numerous dining options in the vicinity. However, the apartment can be somewhat noisy at night, with the sound of traffic audible. This may be a disadvantage for individuals who require light sleep. Nevertheless, the overall amenities and location are satisfactory. I anticipate returning to this apartment, but I recommend requesting a higher floor to minimize noise from the street.

The apartment is just 1-2 min walk away from Family Mart. Lawson is just slightly further away. Very convenient! They also provide hotel slippers, towels, chopsticks, utensils, bowls! It’s perfect. We weren’t affected by the noise as our room was facing another direction. Request for a higher floor and the request was met! 🙏🏻✨ Overall a great stay!

It was so nice because everything was close, about 5 minutes from Dotonbori. From the department store to Don Quijote tour~ Everything was close to the restaurant, so there was no major inconvenience in moving around. The last best service was the luggage storage service when checking out, which was really nice.

The hotel apartment was a beautiful and cosy place to sleep. The beds were super comfortable and the overall room was lovely! The wifi was great and could connect to the TV for Netflix and Apple TV! Lots of towels and extra incase. The washing machine was a great bonus! Balcony was was a great size and lovely view of the tower. It was super quiet at night too.

Kitahama is so peaceful. There’s a river near by with good vibes. If you like shopping and late night restaurants, this location is not for you. The size of the room is quite nice for a business hotel. Room is clean! Overall, I’m happy with the stay and would recommend.

The pros and cons are listed below⬇️ Disadvantages: 1⃣️The shower room is separated into wet and dry areas, but there is no bathtub, and the corners of the walls are all black. I saw other people's comments saying there is a bathtub, and asked the customer service, saying that some rooms have it and some don't. Then I would like to ask why the room types are all the same price? 2⃣️The toiletries were not fully replenished. I sent a message to the aunt to replenish them. The next day, she took a mineral water bottle and filled it with some for me. I was very speechless... I really can't accept that someone drank from this bottle and then filled it with conditioner for me. 3⃣️The water pressure for the shower is very very very low! ! The shower head is also very small! ! 4⃣️The surrounding area is under renovation, and it is very dusty! The doors and windows must be closed. As for the noise, I personally think it's okay, because I sleep heavily, and those who sleep lightly should not accept it. Advantages: 1⃣️The room is really big! The suitcases can be spread out casually, unlike the 12-ping room that is so cramped. 2⃣️There is a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. During the period, I bought some things and cooked a meal at the cheap supermarket opposite. It was quite interesting? 3⃣️It is not far from the subway station, and several attractions: Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Nihonbashi can be walked to. The location is quite convenient. If the hotel plans to change the bathroom, I would still recommend it. For tired tourists who have been playing outside for a day, taking a comfortable bath is really very important... The small shower head + no bathtub really makes it difficult to get enough relief...

The location is really good because it is right in front of Exit 6 of Nipponbashi Station. It would be really hard to find a place this big for this price. The only regret is that only 6 towels are provided even for multiple nights, so you have to wash them. Also, there is a lot of dust everywhere, so if you have allergies or rhinitis, I recommend that you bring your medicine. Even considering all the cons, the size of the room is so good for the price that I recommend ignoring all the cons and making a reservation. The view from the stairs of the room is also pretty.

There's a local restaurant. It's a locally too poor neighborhood. The people are so messy and I see some homeless people. It's a difference of opinion, but it wasn't dangerous or dangerous. Great place! Located at the end of a shopping street full of food. It’s about 10-15 minutes walk to Osaka or Osaka umeda station which is pretty convenient. A lot of shops and malls around those stations too! This apartment is quite spacious and clean. However there was a double and single bed which is more than enough for the two of us. Felt like the single bed could have been replaced by a sofa bed to chill on and have more space for luggage. The washing machine is great and easy to use too. Overall clean and cosy apartment to stay in. Would definitely stay here again!
