Top 5-Star Hotels in Osaka

I’d recommend this to a solo traveler or someone just going to the Osaka convention center for a quick seminar. But for people with a lot of luggages, the room was too small to even open 2 luggages at the same time. By the time we are checked in there, we did not have coffee available. We only saw packets of tea, I did call the front desk and asked about it and told me it was out of order or something. With the care kit, there were no cotton available. Only buds. I didn’t bother to ask anymore since I still got some from the previous hotel we stayed in Kyoto. The location is convenient as it has a connecting exit straight from the train station. They also have a shuttle fee from osaka station to the hotel and vice versa. It starts from 7:30am which we were not able to use since we had an early flight. Nonetheless, it’s near the Osaka loop line to the airport. Overall, this is still a good hotel but for people with fewer items

Thank you very much to Ms. Mizuki, an employee of the hotel. My daughter lost her wallet as soon as she checked into the hotel. The next day, it rained heavily, and Ms. Mizuki accompanied us on a video tour to search for her wallet. The last Japanese man picked it up and took it to the police station, and she helped us retrieve it. We are really, really grateful for the hotel's service and facilities, which are also very new. This trip was in Osaka, and I felt that the hotel service was very good. I will still choose to stay at this hotel for my next trip. Thank you again

We stayed 4 nights at Sheraton Miyako Hotel, Osaka during 28-30 May & 2-4 June 2024. The room is relatively spacious and has all the required stuff like toiletries, coffee machine, fridge, etc. Staff is helpful and attentive. Check-in is really fast. Location is great with Kansai Airport Limo Bus from T1 or T2 to hotel doorstep. There are 3 subway lines below the hotel. Next to the hotel is 2 big shopping centres with lots of food option.

********** I booked 4 night (6/7-10/7) through Trip.com under the name of Chung chi ming with all payment made.  On the date of check in, my wife paid ¥1800 tax by Standard Chartered CX credit card.   However, upon receipt of monthly statement of credit card, I found that there was an unauthorised and unknown charge of ¥4300 without our notice or approval.  I was told that the ¥4300 was arisen from coffee consumption in the hotel but I didn't consume any. Bearing in mind that the credit card transaction was made without any notification or approval. It was unauthorised access to my credit card account and might be liable to criminal offence. I am going to write my comment to your hotel. Please sort out this matter or I will approach my bank or even police department to seek assistance. Its all about matter of principle. Eventually tthe the hotel found out that it was caused by system error which was the outstanding bill of previous guest. The loophole was that the hotel could charge guest at anytime without any notification or prior approval which posed a risk to customers. Very poor management and I need to dusclose this malpractice through various media platforms. I should also blame the negligence of bank card centre.

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

Location, facility, hospitality, food and etc everything was so perfect! Especially a man named Don from the bell desk, he was so kind. He carried my luggage to the bus stop and helped me with purchasing bus tickets to the airport. I would definitely visit Hilton if I have a chance to visit Osaka again.

Great location and decent size room compare to other Japanese hotels, we stayed for 5 nights and the hospitality was great. Location is great to get around places around Osaka. Only downside is there is no official car park in the hotel, only time charged parking near the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you go stay at Osaka.

The view of Osaka from here is fantastic, this was my second time staying here and it was another great experience. Breakfast was served in the room and it was all delicious.

Location: right next to JR line (Osaka Loop line) making it so easy to make Osaka as a base and go to Kyoto, Hiroshima etc. Right next to Osaka Castle. A little dated but clean. We requested an air purifier/ humidifier which they brought over in 2 minutes. Beds were very comfortable. We had a triple room. Room size was big which was one of the main reasons for picking this hotel over there Thera. Bed sizes were long which was very important. Amenities were great. Service was simply world class. Breakfast was very good. Open till 10am. Concierge desk was great too. Taxis are always available there at different time of the day. We found that Taxis were not that expensive allowing door to door travel rather than 10-20 minute walk each time you take public transportation. This helped a lot when you are doing 10-20k step days as is. I was a little nervous that this was a little out of the way when I booked it. I’m glad we picked this place. I’d pick this hotel any day! Great management great service. So impressive!

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.
