Umeda
The location is quite good. Next to the Umeda Sky Building so it’s easy to find. However it’s a 5-10 min walk to the big department store, but the walk is okay. There is a shuttle bus service which makes it very nice also. The room is quite big and of course everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing! I love the hotel and would stay again!

We stayed 4 nights at Sheraton Miyako Hotel, Osaka during 28-30 May & 2-4 June 2024. The room is relatively spacious and has all the required stuff like toiletries, coffee machine, fridge, etc. Staff is helpful and attentive. Check-in is really fast. Location is great with Kansai Airport Limo Bus from T1 or T2 to hotel doorstep. There are 3 subway lines below the hotel. Next to the hotel is 2 big shopping centres with lots of food option.

The hotel is very good. I originally wanted to stay at Conrad, but I found this hotel is new and cheaper, so I came to experience it. Later, I found that everything was good at the hotel and stayed for another 2 nights! Facilities: The room is standard and the size is just right. The toilet and shower area are separated into dry and wet areas. Two bottles of water are provided every day, and if you want to clean, you need to confirm on the TV. Hygiene: The hygiene in the room is okay, but one day the garbage bag was not taken away. I later saw the auntie cleaning the stairwell and took it to her. The toilet is also a smart toilet. If you have a cleanliness obsession, you should choose the whole clean Environment: As for the route, it takes about 7 minutes to walk from the hotel to the station to Umeda, and go to the business district of Sakakyu Lucua. If you are tired of shopping at Sakakyu, don’t believe Google this time. Take the bus directly at the big station in Umeda and go directly to the opposite side of the hotel. Enter the hotel in 30 seconds after getting off Service: As for the service, the Japanese must be great, nothing to say, and the front desk is basically responsive I think the advantages: There are washing machines and dryers on the top floor, which is very convenient for washing clothes. It costs about 600-700 yen. If someone washes clothes and doesn’t take them there, you can ask the front desk to take his clothes away. Going home from the airport, the hotel has a shutter bus that can go directly to the airport

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

In between 2 stations and it is a pleasant walk. We like everything the hotel gets to offer. Service is great and cleanliness is perfect. Nice hotel smell too😊 smooth check in and welcoming staffs. My friend’s room view is epic especially sunset!! Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 notice we have been using red line metro, which is great to go back to hotel without any changes.

Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.
