Good services. They help us to keep our luggages before check in. Love the buns and coffee at the lobby. The hotel onsen was good, free ice cream at the onsen entrance. Location was great, short walk to Dontonbori.

Very compact and comfort hotel for tourist, you can see that the bed is big size enough for big height male haha - the interior is also good and the location is right next to the Shinsaibashi. Highly recommend for shopping people !

The hotel experience was fantastic, with exceptional service. However, it's important to note that there are multiple Sotetsu Fresa hotels. Initially, I booked the wrong one, but later discovered that it's in a prime location. Absolutely no regrets! They also provide to send your baggage to your next designated location.

Overall not too bad if consider cheaper price compared all the other hotels Most Indian front desk has a great service and also a Vietnamese girl. The Japanese front desk gives you a ****ty look each time you went pass by. One male Japanese mid age man at front desk even frown with angry face when I checked out which is really strange lol No amenities basically Old hotel a lot of damage on the wall. not so clean. Location is good

The room is super small, can’t even walk without bumping into one another. Blankets not sure if it is clean or not cause I got itchiness sleeping on the bed. Wifi is slow too, keep on buffering when watching YouTube and Netflix.

Got room on 2nd floor all good except so many dust. 1 flaw that made me almost gave this 2 stars is there were 3 drops of pee on toilet without cleaning when we first enter the toilet. I have to clean it myself with tissue and alcohol, since I need to use it right then and can't wait for room service. Location is great, room is bigger than others in the same rate. Breakfast is good but not great with 2 Onigiri, miso soup, bread, yogurt. I might consider to come back again.

very good location near subway red line exit 7, JR line and shinkanzen only walking distance. the room sizes was comfortable for 2 guests with 28” luggage also clean and full of amenities. i would have to saved this place for my next visit to Osaka 😊
