Great facilities. Lovely hotel that is conveniently located near the station.

New and spacious room. Not much to see nearby but there are JR and metro stations close by. Quite convenient for those who drive in as there is a fairly big parking lot at the basement.

My stay at OMO7 was delightful, with its modern design and attention to detail creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. The hotel's location was convenient, with a short walking distance to the train station and several convenient stores. The staff's warm hospitality also added to the experience. I especially loved the thoughtful amenities that made my trip truly memorable.

Thing just fit for us, we can go around. Room size is bigger than what we expected.

It was next to train station and lots of foodie place. Mosque walking distance. Great hotel lounge and garden. Plus point was the onsen bath available 24hrs.

Good hotel for team retreat. Their group room is huge. Good for up to 6 pax. Down side is only one toilet. Overall enjoyable stay. Breakfast queue can be very long during peak periods. Don’t get breakfast in trip.com, just go there and pay. Cheaper Locker room for luggage is free for guests to use.

Staff service is very good. Very quick check in and check out procedures. Washing machines and dryers are not enough.

Amazing location and great breakfast

The staff are very helpful, they help my wife call many places and finally, they called Osaka Aquarium KAIYUKAN for finding her bracelet. Thank you very much. The cafe is nice, they serve both buffet and à la carte, I like the à la carte breakfast more than the buffet. Onsen is big and nice too. We did not take part in their evening functions much, but they provide free beer and snacks which is very impressive to us.

Excellent and very large room. Not much restaurants around

Their main fault is their service. The staff seems to be more hospitable towards locals, which makes up most of their clientele. Perhaps its a language barrier. Their evening activities were quite interesting but mostly catered to locals as its conducted in Japanese. I did enjoy the nightly free beer and takoyaki. Also ccess to onsen is chargeable at 1000yen/ person/ stay, which feels a bit pricey if you are staying 1-2 nights.
