I'm basically used to it. I've been here many times and I still recommend it. It's also very close to the company. It's very convenient overall. The space is also quite large. The only thing is that there is a strange smell on the bed, which feels like rusty iron. I don't know if it's the quilt or the mattress. Other things are still very complete.

The room is indeed a bit small, but it is OK for one or two nights. It is about a 6-minute walk from Exit 11 of Yodoyabashi Subway Station. You can store your suitcase in the box, which is a plus.

The hotel has a good location, convenient transportation, quiet in a busy city, bright and clean rooms, laundry room, tea room..., rich daily breakfast, and hot coffee available all day. The hotel staff is kind and polite, the service is in place, and the adaptability is good. The CP value is very good!

The hotel is very well cleaned, although the rooms are cleaned every two days (you can change the towels daily). The staff is friendly and polite. There are also vending machines with some food and drink at more than reasonable prices. There are several Seven Eleven or Family Mart stores in the surrounding area. Breakfast is mainly made up of savoury things (rice with various things, sausages, omelette, salad, soup…). As for sweets, there are only small croissants. They are not very flexible with the check-in…at most they might give you 10 minutes earlier check-in time (it is at 4pm) but they do have lockers where you can leave your bags.

The four of us went out, and around 12 o'clock there was a clerk to help us check in. There is a Northeastern lady who can speak Chinese and communicates smoothly with other store employees. There is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer downstairs. For 20 yuan, we can wash the clothes of the four of us. The nearby subway station is relatively close, just a short walk away. There are almost no people on the streets at night and it is still very safe. Although the breakfast in the morning was not particularly rich, it was quite delicious. We set off at exactly 8:30 to have breakfast and then travel. A friend who didn't check in due to flight delay early in the morning wanted a one-day refund. Although he didn't get a refund, I was very touched that Ctrip responded quickly and helped us communicate with the hotel.

The room was very clean and odorless, with a small bathtub. Overall it was very good.

It was great because it was close to the station, only one train ride to Shin-Osaka and Umeda, the room was clean, and it was good value for money.

I really liked this hotel. It's clean, the breakfasts are delicious, the lobby has all the necessary samples for self-care. The room is well-maintained. I liked the mattress, I like it firmer.
