Holiday Inn Osaka Namba Reviews

Location of the hotel couldn't be better, right in the heart of Dotonbori. Room is good. We had all that we needed for a good night sleep. Bed and pillow were super comfy. Front desk staff were professional and efficient. Lawson is just next to the hotel. We will stay here again should we visit Osaka shopping at this electrifying location.

Overall, our stay was okay. It is very near dohtonbori and shinsaibashi which makes it very convenient. A lot of places to eat and shop all around. Staff was okay, amenities are minimal and you have to go and ask for them from the front desk. So if they’re busy you have to wait a while. Cleanliness can be improved. We had to switch to another room because the bathroom was stinky. And I can see a lot of dust in the corners of the room. On our way up to the room, I noticed some biscuits on the floor of the elevator. When I went down the next day, it was still there. I did not get a photo of with the biscuits but in the other elevator the floor was also dirty.

The location is so convenient, will come again if I stay in Namba next time. Room is pretty clean and big enough. There is self service luggage storage which is nice.

Request hotel for the higher floor room for 2nd check in when I back from Kyoto. But hotel refuse to change my room for the higher floor instead giving 2nd floor only. I requested early and inform if with fees go for the higher floor room also ok for me. Sad, because the hotel management reject all my requests.

I am travelling with my mum and sister, the room for 3 is just nice. We manage to fit in 3 30inch luggage with still ample space to move around. Not to also mention the breakfast buffet is nice too! Location is superb, 10mins walk to station and many many eateries + shopping spot 😈

Right in the middle of dotonburi just next ro donki.. excellent location but at night the streets are full of people taunting..not good if u have small kids

it was a good experience to stay in this hotel. it’s very centred and as such very close to all places in Osaka or Kyoto

The room was a bit small but acceptable given the location. It’s quite near to the “glice Osaka” icon which very near to dontonbori and shisaibashi area.

This hotel is our go-to hotel whenever in Osaka. The location is perfect, you’re in the middle of everything! You’ll never run out of food , plenty of restaurants are downstairs. Everything is walking distance. The trains are just a short walk away. Rooms are spacious, breakfast are sufficient! They will also allow you to pack away your breakfast if you have early trips in the morning.

The hotel location is very near to Shinsaibashi which is the shopping street. Room is also clean and the essential amenities are well provided.
