The hotel has a dated 70s exterior, and while the rooms are more 90s, they feel basic and a bit tired. It’s located next to the monastery but also next to a nightclub, so the noise made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was overpriced for what it offered but the service was overall very good.

the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the breakfast buffet was great, selections from both US and European styles. Why just AVERAGE - their wi fi was non existent - at least in room 414, where I stayed. When I came down to the lobby, it connected. By the time I got back to my room, it was disconnected. The front desk said sorry. My only way of contacting Family and Friends was thru email - I need wi fi that works.

Coming to Mercure Czestochowa for the second summer with my family. We love this hotel - its convenient location, comfort, and the cordial attention and help from pani Ewa, pani Kasia, pani Klaudia, and pani Ania from the reception desk. Thank you ladies - you made us feel at home.

Classic room (not big at all, but classic size of this type of hotel, good for a weekend), unfortunately separate beds, but quite comfortable. The room is simply standard. I was very pleased with the bathtub in the bathroom. The location is absolutely excellent, the center, right next to the main street (Alley of the Most Holy Virgin Mary) - the one that leads to Jasná Gora What I disliked : the smell of incense in the room, separate beds
