- It is about 12-14 minutes on foot from Shin-Osaka Station, but there is a free shuttle bus from Exit 2 (North), so it is not a problem at all. - The staff are friendly and can communicate in English. - Towels, pajamas, trash cans, and water are replaced with new ones every day. (If you leave them in front of the door in the morning, they will hang them on the doorknob.) - The hotel interior, the rooms, and the hallways are all very quiet. I am really satisfied with that part, but there is a slight lack of soundproofing. (If a customer who walks powerfully is above my room, I will hear his footsteps.) (There was a person in the room next door who snored loudly. He snored so loudly that it sounded like an elephant, hippopotamus, or dinosaur was snoring, and I could hear him in my room.) I personally thought it was fine, but I am writing this down for those who are sensitive to noise. - The Wi-Fi in my room was weak. Still, it was generally uninterrupted and the speed was a bit slow, but it worked well. - It is good to have a bathtub, but it is a bit small, so it may be inconvenient. Once you get used to it, it's pretty good. - There's a laundry room, microwave, and ice place. - The room was okay for me to stay alone. I'll consider coming back next time I visit Osaka.

This is a hotel I am quite satisfied with during my trip to Japan. The check-in process at the front desk was quick and they were very helpful. They introduced where to eat breakfast and where to buy toiletries. The hotel shuttle is also very convenient.

The hotel is old-fashioned, but the cleanliness of the room and bathroom is acceptable. The room we booked is relatively small, 18 square meters, and it is difficult to put two large suitcases on the table in front of the window. The bathroom space is also small. The breakfast is very average, about HK$100, so it’s better not to eat it. There is a private underground parking lot, but it costs a fee, I think it's 1,500 yen per night. No photos provided, because there is nothing worth taking photos of 😂

Shin-Osaka Station is a 15-minute walk away. If you don't have luggage, it's also a good walk. After going downstairs from Exit 2 of Shin-Osaka Station, there is a bicycle parking lot. The entrance and exit is the hotel shuttle bus station. There is a small sign, but I didn't pay attention to it. It took me a long time to find it. It runs every 15 minutes. It should be an old hotel. The lobby is grand but a bit outdated. Luggage storage is free. The room is large and the bathroom is also spacious, but my room is not facing the right direction. There is a huge steel frame outside the window, which is a bit scary. The breakfast is average, the tea rice is delicious, and there are all kinds of tea bags. The hotel is in Yodogawa District, surrounded by residential areas, not many convenience stores, and no shopping, but there is a large supermarket about 15 minutes' walk away, open until 12 o'clock at night. Although it is far away from the city, the shuttle bus to Shin-Osaka Station takes the Midosuji Line, and you can go wherever you want, and it is also very convenient to take the Shinkansen.

The hotel is surprisingly far away, so the shuttle bus is convenient. However, some internet sites say to turn right at the corner of JR Tokai Tours to get to the shuttle bus stop, but the store was already gone, so it was hard for me to find and I had a hard time getting there. It's not a big deal once you get there, but... The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I will use it again.

Overall it was good. The location is far from the station, but I guess it's covered by the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus departure and arrival point is hard to find, and the signs are so vague that you don't even notice them, so I think it's important for users to be aware of it and check. The building has an unusual shape, so it's a little hard to find the rooms in the accommodation building, but once you get used to it, it's no problem.

Even though I was staying alone, the bed was double size and I was satisfied. The building is old, but the room was clean. There was a hot spring opposite, a convenience store, a pharmacy, and a restaurant, so it was convenient.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. The room is not big but very clean. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to Shin-Osaka is very convenient. The breakfast at the hotel is also quite rich and the price is not expensive, 1400 yen.
