Excellent location as it is right beside Namba City and Namba Park. It is also near the subway stations and Shinsaibashi. There is a convenience store 2 mins walk from the hotel. There are many claw machines and gashapon stores located along Shinsaibashi. However the claw machines located there cost 200 yen per game.

Great experience staying here. Staff is kind and helpful, and they are so friendly and polite. Hotel room is clean as well. Location is superb and main selling point to our decision as it has a straight line from Kansai Airport. Not only that it is very close to dotonbori and other shopping district within a reasonable walking distance. But the deciding factor for us to choose this hotel is the washer+dryer available in the hotel room.

The location is undoubtedly the hotel’s best selling point—literally across the street from Namba Station on the Nankai Line, making airport access incredibly convenient. It’s also within walking distance to many popular tourist attractions, which made exploring Osaka easy and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and courteous, in line with the high standards you'd expect in Japan. However, I did experience a hiccup that affected my overall impression. For travelers specifically looking for double beds, be aware that such rooms are limited. The listing on Trip.com described a "queen bed," but upon check-in, I was given a twin room. The hotel staff initially seemed unfamiliar with the booking description, and it took considerable explanation before they acknowledged the discrepancy. Eventually, they offered me a larger suite room with a proper double bed. That said, I was repeatedly reminded that I was being given a free upgrade, which felt misplaced. I hadn’t requested an upgrade—I had simply booked (and paid extra for) a double room, which the hotel failed to honor at first.

It's a great hotel for family with small children. Location is perfect, near nankai rapit exit to travel to the airport. Stayed in 1 bedroom, fridge is massive and there is cooking facilities.

The hotel has a good location, great amenities, clean and spacious. I really like the idea of a spacious room with induction cooker, washing machine and dryer inside the room. It gives me a comfortable feeling that I am back at home.

Reserved the two bedroom deluxe room for my family and there was ample space for all. Also washing machine and microwave in the apartment was so useful! Location next to Namba station was great too!

We were family of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids. We had a one bedroom suite and one studio, and stayed for 6 nights. Everything was fine except the 2 rooms were floors apart, reception lady said she could not put the 2 rooms in the same floor. We have breakfasts for the whole trip, and really enjoy the stay.

Very good location and good for family. Able to wash clothes and have microwave. Right next to nankai line can take from airport.
