Really nice hotel really conveniently located in the train station. Room was a decent size. Nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent in every respect, great value and location attached to the Shin-Osaka station. Small room but that’s OK. The nice breakfast was served at a good Vietnamese cafe on the 3rd floor/station level. Highly recommended.

Little pricey but it’s all because of the great location and room! Was very comfortable staying here! Would stay here again!

The hotel was clean and smells good. The bedsheets were cleaned thoroughly and the staff were friendly. My stay was really nice and I had a very good nights rest after all the walking.

The location is very convenient, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly, the people cleaning very good . But unfortunately the room was so small and dusty, and the aircon not too strong. Everyday i got blood nose because so hot in the room. But thank you to the hotel staff, they are al nice

Very close to Osaka station and easy to go around with train . Even you reach to Osaka late night also no problem .

Super convenient location as it’s connected to Shin Osaka station. Room is pretty small so you do have to be strategic in how you place your luggages etc. Things like razors, toothbrushes, tea/coffee can be taken beside the check in counters.

My 1st choice of hotel since we stayed there last year. Love the location & the room decor. Wish the room is slightly bigger though. Staff at front desk were very helpful during the last few trips. Strongly recommended for anyone visiting Osaka. Best choice.

It was great for a night. Not a bad room but I don’t fully understand why the bathroom was located along the windows.

We had to find a place quickly and centrally located after our it flight had cancelled and this was a perfectly located hotel inside the Shin-Osaka station. Small room but very comfortable.

Location is really strategic, at Shin Osaka JR.. however if you plan to explore Namba/Umeda area it may cost more to travel there, so do consider the subway fare as well. Room is compact & small, toilet is super clean. Bed / pillow not to my liking - could not sleep so well during my 3 nights in REMM. There’s also money exchange machine in the lobby that comes in handy if you’re short on cash.

Friendly staff and super convenient! Love that the location allows for easy access to the different metro lines and a variety of restaurants.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it is one of my favorites in Japan. I love the convenient location and the ability to make this my home base when in the Osaka area as I can hit all the major areas with relative ease.
