The hotel was connected to the train station which was very convenient for us! We enjoyed how there is so much food surrounding the hotels

Excellent location. Just opposite the McDonald inside the station ( please note there are two MCDonald inside the station ). Others not much to mention. Room is small. But I always stay in the hotel, mainly because can drop the luggage right after off from train.

If raining, no worries. This hotel entrance is on 3F, next to Shinkansen station. Very convenient.

You can walk along the way from Shin-osaka station about only few minutes. Super convenience either you travel by JR or metro. However, The room is too small for bringing many large luggages. Anyway I really enjoy staying here. I will come again definitely.

My second time staying at remm Shin Osaka. Check in was very smooth with the staff’s assistance. Check in was done in 5 minutes. Some amenities are available at the side of the check in desk for hotel guests to take. Staff is very friendly and will say welcome whenever the lift open its doors. Room was nice and clean, great view of the Shin-Osaka station from the bathroom. Room is just nice for 1-2 adults, can be abit small if you need to open a large suitcase.

Choices of housekeeping was good, can opt for daily/eco or no housekeeping by placing the magnets on the door when going out for the day. Vending machine available on all floors too! Check out was very smooth, completed in 3 minutes with the assistance from hotel staff. Housekeeping staff are very polite to greet me every time when I walk past them, Definitely will come back here again!

Excellent in every respect, great value and location attached to the Shin-Osaka station. Small room but that’s OK. The nice breakfast was served at a good Vietnamese cafe on the 3rd floor/station level. Highly recommended.

Little pricey but it’s all because of the great location and room! Was very comfortable staying here! Would stay here again!

The hotel was clean and smells good. The bedsheets were cleaned thoroughly and the staff were friendly. My stay was really nice and I had a very good nights rest after all the walking.

The location is very convenient, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly, the people cleaning very good . But unfortunately the room was so small and dusty, and the aircon not too strong. Everyday i got blood nose because so hot in the room. But thank you to the hotel staff, they are al nice
