One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. -It's around 10 min walk from both Osaka and Fukushima station on the red loop line. -There's a 7-11 out front. -Wash&dry machines located on floor 4-9, 500¥ per 2 hrs of wash&dry. Really good value. -Room is super clean and the amenities are amazing. -There's a microwave in the laundry room. -Our stay is smooth with no problem. -You can leave your bags & luggages with the front desk any time.

The overall experience of staying here was excellent. Additionally, the hotel provided bath supplies, which was very convenient for us as travelers. Sometimes, when the itinerary is too exhausting, we forget to buy bath items, so this was a thoughtful touch.

The location is good if you rode night bus of Willer Express. The room was clean and the staffs are nice.

Stayed there for three nights. Liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenient location. The size of this room type is a little small. Hotel has self-service laundry facilities and you can view real-time updates on the usage status!

Stayed one night, great location, very nice and accommodating staff. They even upgraded us to a bigger room with four beds.

Rather small rooms, walking around bed is a difficulty. Long walk to Osaka station or bus drop off. The restaurant and breakfast was good

Great friendly service from all the staff, the place was very clean. There were vending machines inside and washing machines which was very useful. Would definitely stay again.

It was a great stay. The rooms were clean. They provided clean towels and bottle water everyday even though room cleaning was not requested.

My experience to this hotel is rated 4/10 it is not recommended for families and they are different to international hotels and rates as 4 star. I had my son who had accidentally been bruised on this knees and I asked the hotel for simple first aid kit which were disinfectant solution and a simple hand band which there were non. That was very bad and annoying as they said - we don’t have such thing in this hotel. Well I didn’t want to be ride but I left. In different cases of first aid, it should be a minimum. Very bad for a 4 star hotel. Will never try Daiwa hotels again and not recommended. Secondly there is a big construction going ahead which is kind of noisy.

Super convenient location close to Osaka station, 7 eleven and a lot of local restaurants.

If i back Japan, sure I'll looking for to book this hotel chain. Smoking room available is for a smoker like me a plus Breakfast very good Staff way more friendly than I expected (my bad that looked in previous comments, or i do was lucky or the reviews were too strict) Location, what to say..........near everything and very easy access to subway or train station (i don't remember if it's Umeda or Osaka station). the room itself wasn't big, in any case i didn't feel small living in compare to same size room i got for Kyoto, maybe room furniture distribution.
