Hotel S-Presso Central Reviews

Hotel was centrally located with a 7 11 right opposite it. It was clean and allowed for self check in and check out with ease. For the price it even included breakfast as well. The hotel also provides free luggage storage on the day of arrival and departure at the station. Highly recommended.

Steps away from Namba station. However, there are several S-Presso Hotels (at least 3) around. Be careful and get to the right one. We went to the wrong one and were lucky to bump into their staff (hotels manned by minimum or no staff) Mr. 西山 and Ms. Ninh thi Nga who gave us a ride to the right spot. Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is a semi self-service hotel which we had to pick up towels and other amenities from the lobby ourselves for the second night. The room is considered to be very big in Japan. Breakfasts were included. The price was very reasonable. The hotel had sent me two emails about luggage storage and hotel entrance code in Japanese for which I do not understand, I suggest that they should send them in English for non Japanese guests. Very good hotel, we would stay again in the future.

Staffs were all very friendly and nice! Came during typhoon period and hotel offered to provide meals. Room was really cosy and clean. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when I come to Osaka! Thank you for the pleasant 4 days 3 nights stay!

I have never stayed in such a big hotel in Osaka. There were 3 rooms with 12 beds and it was not crowded for 12 people. Even all of us could open our suitcases in the room without any problem! The place is also very convenient. I highly recommend booking for friends traveling with multiple people!!

I stayed in a twin non-smoking room. It was very spacious, well-cleaned, and comfortable. The room was not dusty at all, and the bathroom was clean and there was no unpleasant odor. The large mirror on the wall was also convenient. The staff's explanations were easy to understand, and they were very polite, so I felt at ease. I would like to use this hotel again when I come to Osaka.

The staff was friendly and nice, and the room was better than I thought. But the bathroom was small, and there was an electric pod in the room, but it didn't seem to have been cleaned, so there was still water inside. The breakfast wasn't bad. It was just so-so.

The hotel is in a good location, between Namba Station and Daikokucho. It is convenient to travel, and the location is quiet and comfortable. The hotel room is of ideal size and clean. There is also a restaurant for guests to rest in. The breakfast is also rich. I will choose it again next time I go to Osaka.

This is my second visit to this hotel! Although it is located about 10 minutes away from Namba Station, the hotel itself is spacious and comfortable.. and they even provide a cute breakfast, so for this price and size... It's perfect for families! There's even a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel, which makes it even better~~!

It's convenient because you can check in yourself, and you can check out right away, which is nice. The breakfast was very satisfying. There are many things to see, such as the Dotonbori and Namba Station nearby, and there are 3 convenience stores within a 10-minute radius of the convenience store right in front, and there are many places to see along the surrounding streets, so I was really satisfied with the location.

It's near Namba, which is OK. The subway station is still a little far away, and it will be a bit far if you push a stroller. The hotel services are very good. Many people at the front desk can speak Chinese. Check-in and check-out can be completed by scanning the code, which is convenient. The hotel facilities are OK. We chose a room with a washing machine, which is convenient for the family to change clothes every day.

Improvements can still be made in terms of hygiene. The location of the hotel is acceptable. The rooms are new and clean. The staff are rushing to put away the food during breakfast time, which makes people feel rushed. You can cook your own meals and it is very suitable for family travel.
