This is our second time staying here and the room was not clean like last time. The floor in the shower area was dirty and there was a huge water stain on the sheets of the bed. There was also stains on the colorful pillows on the bed. Hair was on the bed already when we got to the room. The bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise and the pillows were too thin. This hotel has an awesome location but next time we will stay at another hotel.

The worst worst worst worst hotel I stayed in when I went to Japan, bar none!!! 1: When I went to check in according to the time, I had to wait outside the hotel for more than an hour before the staff contacted me! It's summer now, and it's extremely hot. There are several guests who have made reservations standing outside the hotel, all waiting to check in. I can't contact anyone, and I'm so hot and anxious that I'm almost going to collapse!!! 2: After the staff finally came and checked in, the room I opened was on the 4th floor. There was no elevator, so I could only carry my suitcase. The stairs were narrow and there was no room to move, so it was difficult to carry luggage! 3: After entering the room, it was even more devastating! A dull smell, a narrow corridor, half of the suitcase was placed, and the space for landing was really cramped. This was not the worst. I found that there was no quilt cover, and I had to do everything myself; looking at the dirty ball on the mat, the quilt core without a quilt cover was black, and it was really hard to spend a night! 4: After taking a shower, the hair dryer didn’t blow any air. I could only hear the sound of the hair dryer but couldn’t blow out any air. At that time, I could only use the dry towel I brought with me to dry myself. I had to endure this for the whole night!!! 5: I was also glad that I only had one night to endure and I made it through it! I wrote so much purely because I really endured the whole night. I don’t want anyone to be like me. Beware!!!

It's one subway stop away from Universal Studios and about a 5-minute walk from the ground floor. There is a convenience store downstairs. The room is not big, but it's clean, and there is a corridor where you can hang clothes.

The room is very small, and the bed is pushed together. It also feels unhygienic. It's a family hotel. The owner studied in China. It's next to Universal Studios. It's better to book a big hotel opposite Universal Studios, which should not be much more expensive. I'm not satisfied with this in all aspects.

It was nice to be able to stay close to Universal Studios at an affordable price.

When you checked in, there was no one at the front desk during service hours. After groping for a long time, someone finally took care of you. 1️⃣I left something in the hotel. I confirmed that I didn’t see it for the first time. Someone new has already checked in the room (I guess the sheets haven’t been changed? Otherwise, how could I not find it on the bed?) 2️⃣I asked to check again and found that I found it. 3️⃣Give me the address in China and you will pay yourself. The hotel stipulates that packages cannot be sent to overseas addresses. 4️⃣Either make an appointment with a logistics company yourself, or send it to a Japanese address 5️⃣I found a Japanese transit warehouse and gave me the address and asked for help with shipping, but the warehouse didn't accept payment. Give the hotel the money and ask for help in sending it. 6️⃣You can’t send money to the hotel, don’t ask, just ask is the rule. You can only discuss with the warehouse whether you can collect it on delivery. I'll make up the money later. 7️⃣The warehouse said that I should confirm the order number first and pay in advance so that I can receive and pay. 8️⃣The hotel did not give me the tracking number and could not determine the shipping fee. That’s ten thousand people who don’t cooperate. You lose something and you are unlucky with a candid attitude. do not go.

This price is pretty good.

We arrived in the morning and the front desk was not yet at work. The cleaning staff helped us store our boxes so that we could rush to the park early in the morning without wasting time. The room was very clean and well equipped. It shows that the straight-line distance is very close, but the location is actually at the back entrance of the park, the employee entrance and exit. Visitors cannot enter from here. They still have to take one subway stop to Universal Studios Station and enter from the main entrance.
