Room was clean but only give a small towel. Shower need to go level 1. Location good

It was my first time staying in a japanese stule room. I was goven a room at the 10th floor with many similar rooms in one hallway. There is a shared toilet on each floor. The communal shower is on the ground floor and was very clean despite the number of people using it. There is also a japanese style bath which opens from 7am till 10am then 3pm to 1am- the bath looks clean but as I am not used to this style of bathing, I have not used it. Staff are polite and friendly and will attend to your needs. If you want to try a japanese style hotel, I would recommend this. It is also situated next to the station that serves many lines. Walking distance to Shinsekai Market.

The room, toilet, shower room was always clean. It is very near the station, and a few minutes walking to the food area. There are also supermarket and Lawson 2 minutes away. The staff are helpful and kind. They offer ear plug in case you are sensitive to sound. The pillow was very comfortable!

Keep coming back to this hotel, highly recommended!

Hotel location is good just few minutes walk to the train stations. They have public Jacuzzi. Staff are accommodating. They have laundry for ¥200 only and dryer for ¥100 per 30 minutes.

I was satisfied with my stay considering the price for the hotel. It gave me a good impression at first since it was clean and the common area looked presentable. I got a small room with window and a futon. The sound insulation was not very good, but the hotel offered earplugs. The room was warm with the AC on even in the end of December. My biggest disappointment was the bathroom, as you don't get an access to a private sink on the floor. It was clean though and I never had to wait or line up or even see other people in there. Location is good - it's very close to a subway station and not that far from downtown. You could even walk to to Denden Town, it would take less than an hour. Keep in mind that this is not the safest area of Osaka. You might see some homeless people around. I didn't feel unsafe, but some solo travellers would. Again, this is a safe and a very satisfactory option for those who want to save money.

Very clean and great value, close to metro and tsutenkaku. Was very tired from walking of tourist schedule so the train noice didn’t bother me that much. Travel before Xmas n the room price is under $30aud a night, very good and better than capsule hostel. You would have really fully closed personal space.

It is in a great location and it has nearly everything you need. The showers are a bit small though.

Great location and friendly staff who allowed me to do early check-in without any additional charge. Downside is that the showers are difficult to access and rooms have thin walls so you can hear everything

Very good location which is near to JR station. The room have poor sound insulation that I always heard people walking through the corridor.

Always loveee staying at Zipang or their other group hotel. Have kitchen and public bath. Very clean and convenient. Good deal

I had a twin room but the room was only big enough for 1 person there is no way 2 people will fit into the room
