Comfortable room and great location

The receptionist was very kind and polite, and as I was their first Japanese guest, they served me breakfast 🥹💞, but I couldn't eat it because I checked out of the hotel too early 😢 I regret not being able to eat breakfast and not being able to properly express my gratitude in words, and I would definitely like to stay here again 😌✨ The bottles that contained the water were cute, the room was very clean, and the wallpaper was stylish. It was a wonderful hotel that I would recommend 🌷

It is a fully renovated hotel with no odor. The facilities are new and complete. The decoration is very stylish. The bed is very comfortable. I had a good night's sleep. The hotel has a rich breakfast. I enjoy the leisure time of drinking a cup of coffee in the hotel's open-air corridor. The reception at the front desk is warm , every hotel staff member I meet will take the initiative to say hello. What is particularly surprising is that some of the staff can speak Chinese, making communication hassle-free throughout the process. They will also introduce delicious and fun places nearby. I will stay at this hotel next time I go to Paris.

I arrived in Paris with a good mood. I selected several hotels before departure and finally booked this newly opened hotel. The room is very comfortable and quiet, and the transportation is very convenient. It is close to the subway and there is a huge park opposite. The service staff are very kind and considerate and can speak Chinese. The breakfast also suits my taste. The overall stay was beyond expectations and the price/performance ratio is very high. Highly recommended✌️

The hotel is next to Chaumont Park, a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro line 7B, which takes a few minutes to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps department store, and then transfer to Line 7. The location is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It is a newly renovated hotel in June. The hardware facilities are very good and smart. Providing Chinese services means barrier-free communication. The person who checked in was a Chinese lady who was very kind and warmly received! BTW the bacon for breakfast is so delicious!

It was a very clean and new hotel. The location was quiet and easy to get to the center of Paris. Overall, it was one of the best hotels in Europe.

The lock of the toilet door was broken and could not be opened from the inside. After taking a shower, I found that I was locked inside. It was freezing. I called the front desk to help open it from the outside. I had no clothes on after taking a shower. It was very embarrassing... In the end, it was not fixed, and no help was provided to change the room😅😅😅

There is no fridge in the room, no minibar, no slippers and the way to the metro is very complicated.

Magnificent clean hotel and very welcoming, I highly recommend.
