The hotel is close to a train station that is only one stop away from Namba.

Good for a family budget trip. No staff at night but no problem for our late arrived since can make online check-in in advance to get password to access the hotel and the room. Not super close but also not too far from train/metro station. Very good compact bathroom with hot water and automatic toliet. No make up room if stay less than 3 nights. We get one make up room for our 5 nights stay. However, bed sheet look ok clean but seem not clean enough as feel some itchy while sleeping in.

Good location, close to the public transport. Friendly staff, clean room. Great value for the price.

The mattress and pillows are thin. The cleaning service is not daily. The towel is not changed daily. We stayed for 6 days and got towels changed twice.

Location was great. Near to the train station and very near to a parking space. The google map is not updated though but it is just less than 2 minutes walk to the cheap and safe parking  space.  Staying there was comfortable even if we are a family of 5. We stayed in one big room with 4 comfortable beds . We slept peacefully and warmly. In the dining area, it has a microwave where we can heat up our food. The hotel also has a coin operated  washing machine and dryer so no need to go out and find one if you need it. It has also variety of board games if you want to relax and have bonding with friends/family  after  eating . Above all, i rated it as 4/5 so that it can still have a room for improvement . But it was really a comfortable, clean and safe stay. I would love to have a repeat and i highly recommend this hotel  to my friends/ family if they want to visit Osaka.

I chose the family room and stayed for 3 night. The room is spacious and the toilet is clean. No room service during my stay but I’m ok with it.  however the wall and windows are not sound proof at all. The train is nearby and frequently moves in and out and the earliest trains start at 0500. It’s so annoying. Unluckily, the guest upstairs were so noisy  and I heard a man scolded them. So I cannot sleep well due to the noise.  The parking lot is nearby and cost 800 yen per night.

Clean hotel

Very good. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can smell the fragrance of IKEA. You can also heat up food downstairs and play uno

First, the transportation is convenient. You can walk to Tsutenkaku, Don Quixote, and all the stations are very convenient. Second, the service is first-class, clean, and the service staff are warm and thoughtful. Third, everyone cares about the surrounding environment, which is OK. Even one or two homeless people are polite. I even gave them cigarettes to smoke. Third, it is safe and convenient. There is no problem with the password lock. The hotel door requires a password! The surrounding prices are cheap

It was satisfactory for the price. There was a lot of noise because the railroad was right next to it, but the facilities were good, clean, and cheap, so I used it without any worries. It was a place where I made good memories with my friends :)

Room near the train station, originally only 600 meters But next to the road and the train line, can hear the train running but not too loud. There is a common room for eating and washing clothes.
