Hotel that is two stops away from the Osaka World Expo 2025. Getting breakfast is a challenge as the tables are placed too close to each other.

This hotel is such a trap! Don’t book here if you need any sort of flexibility. My husband and I tried to stay here for a concert nearby but our event was canceled and the Hotel was not understanding at all. Additionally, I originally accidentally booked for one person but then also submitted a request for a room for my husband and I. Upon arrival they wanted to charge me nearly double the price of what I paid for the room for my husband to stay with me. So weird! I asked for any flexibility but after no support I asked for a cancellation and any partial refund. They said no and so my husband and I went to a different hotel that was nicer and in the center of town and paid less than what this hotel wanted to charge us for my husband as an extra guest. Overall, insane!

Good Service & convince to stay near by sky train.

Near train track so it gets noisy. Parking is limited at the front but plenty behind which is just a minute walk away but minimal street lamp if you come back at night. The room seem to be missing a bedside table as the twin bed were super far away from each other

Great hotel.

Nice clean and neat room. Staff was nice. Located near metro but at residential area so it is quiet area yet safe. The tip of this hotel is that it is near the tenpozan port that has free ferry to port near USJ but it is about 25 mins walk.

I used this hotel during my trip to the World Expo. There were some foreign guests there too, and they were treated very politely, which left a very good impression. The front desk and the room were clean and smelled nice. I'd like to use this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed one night because there was a live show at a nearby arena. It was close to the station and there was a bakery and restaurant below the hotel, and there was also a convenience store nearby so it was very convenient. The service at the front desk was also good. The room was also nicely cleaned. I'd like to book again if there's another live show.

The location is convenient. The rooms are clean. It was a comfortable stay. Also, the staff were polite when checking in. Overall I am satisfied.

Well-located hotel for Expo 2025. Few services, but clean hotel, reasonable room size (not so small as is often the case: you can put your suitcase down and move around). Quiet environment and train station nearby. Not much to do but very good for one or two nights.

They refused breakfast because they were a large group. If that was the case, I would not have booked this hotel.

It is very close to the train station and two stations from Expo 2025. Breakfasts are Japanese style but very tasty. It is a no-frills hotel, very clean and with very friendly staff who are always available to provide you with the best directions to other cities in the country.

I chose this hotel because it was the closest when I went to Asue Arena Osaka. It is a clean hotel.

I stayed here when I went to USJ. The room was a little small. The toilet was also a little tight when I sat down because the space between my legs and the wall was narrow. It was close to USJ, breakfast was included (breakfast starts early, which is great when USJ shows start early), and the accommodation fee was cheap, so I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
