This hotel is clean and connected to Daimaru Mall where we could visit the pokemon Centre and Nintendo shop. Many food options are nearby and the metro station is connected too - can walk to Osaka station. We could also walk to Umeda sky building.

Great location! JR station is just downstairs! Lots of big shopping centre and food choice! Daimaru is at the front of hotel. Definitely will visit again!

This hotel is good location near the JR station. Very convenience to all the landmarks. Staff is friendly. Next time to go to Osaka, I must stay here again.

Still my favorite hotel after 8 yrs. But cleanliness becoming a concern. Room walls with stains and items eg. plastic drink bottles not cleared. Lift always stopping at 19fl not necessary as 97% of my trips to my room and ground floor had no one at 19fl joining me. Afterall, down/up request butons on 19fl works perfectly.

Location is very good, just 1 min to JR station and connected to most of malls Rooms are located at 20th floor above which the view is nice Not a brand new hotel and cleanness is acceptable

There’s a make up button for housekeepers to clean ur room when u go out its next to a metro station however the bed is small

The room was great and we enjoyed our stay. It is very convenient, and the location is good. We chose a slightly bigger room to have more room space and are glad we made the right choice.

Overall the experience is good with this hotel . Service standard is good . House keeping standard is high as well . The only thing that I’m not satisfied is the bed . A bit soft as compared to most hotel .

Great location. JR and shopping malls in a short distance. The room is so compact and only can open 1 luggage completely.
