We had a great stay at this self-service hotel. Checking-in and out was seamless, I did have my doubts about whether we would get in ok! Perfect size for our family of 4, with a small kitchenette. There is a washing machine and a great function in the bathroom that dries clothes, which is perfect for families needing to wash some clothes before moving onto our next destination. Only downside was that there was no curtain/ blinds for the small window in the kitchen (which we resolved by hanging a towel over it), and the intercom kept flashing (again we just covered it with towel!). Happy with our stay and would recommend.

Everything is perfect for me the room cleanliness , the furnitures, the layout, the appliances we like all of them. Only one suggestion maybe better if put a small vacumm since its a condotel so that if guest stay long we can vacum the floor. Thank u and we will book again next visit thumbs up!!!

Nicely situated in a quiet side street but not far from Namba shopping area. Place is new and clean with basic amenities but a good choice for longer term stay.

A bit far away from the station but the room itself was very clean and everything was new

The room is very neat, clean, and fully equipped. It is a small apartment where you can wash clothes and cook simple meals. It is very close to the Ebisucho Station K18 1-b exit, and the transportation is convenient. But I like to come out of 1-A, and you will pass by a large 7-11, where you can buy basic necessities, snacks, and fast food. Disposable toothbrushes and paper towels are replenished, and the slippers are a little thin. If you stay for a long time, you can just bring your own pair!

The room is nice and you can cook your own meals. Although it is self-service, there are customer service staff to help you if you need it.

Except for the strong smell in the wash area, everything else is OK. If the weather is very cold, the air conditioning and heating may not be enough. The space is enough for a family of three to stay in, and there are kitchen utensils to make simple meals. In terms of transportation, it is very close to the subway station. It only takes about 20 minutes for us to walk to Shinsaibashi, which is very convenient. There is a street of figures downstairs, and it is a good place for figures and anime lovers to live.

I spent a wonderful week in this apartment. The apartment is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The area is not small in Japan. The two 1.5-meter beds are very comfortable. One of my favorites is the washing machine with dryer, and the other is the small kitchen with kitchenware. Having a kitchen to cook for yourself is very meaningful after living in Japan for a long time. The apartment is conveniently located, a few minutes walk from Ebisucho Station on the subway, about ten minutes walk from Namba Park and the station, and Shinsaibashi is also within walking distance. Downstairs is Nihonbashi Shopping Street, and outside the window is Joshin, where various video game model card and figure second-hand stores are lined up; there are many convenience stores such as 7-11 and Lawson within a few hundred meters around, and there is also a supermarket near Tsutenkaku, which is very convenient for buying vegetables and cooking. The self-service service did not feel unchanged. On the contrary, the whole apartment is very quiet and comfortable. There is a garbage collection room on the first floor, as well as a large cabinet for storing luggage. The size of the cabinet is larger than that of Umeda Station, and it can hold thickened suitcases. The slippers provided are too thin and a bit cold on the floor tiles. In short, it is a very cost-effective homestay.

Apartment hotel. You will receive the hotel's door code and key box code on the day of check-in. Remember to leave it in the right email address. The room is not small, with two 1.5-meter beds, but there is not much space for suitcases. The location is far from Shinsaibashi, but it is okay to walk to Anime Street and Kuromon Market. There is a subway entrance relatively close, so be sure to pay attention. If you take the wrong exit, you will have to walk a long way on the ground.

It's close to Namba Station Animate Denden Town Tsukenkaku, so you can walk there. The facilities are clean, and all the necessary information is sent to you by email, so it was easy to get around. There's a coin locker on the first floor. I took a picture because I thought I'd use it when I check out, but it's 800 yen per day and seems to be the same price as other places around here. The kitchen has cups, an electric kettle, a pot, a microwave, chopsticks, a spoon, a fork, a plate, a rice bowl, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The heating is easy to control and it's great. When you turn on the hot water boiler, the hot water comes out well. The bed is not too small and it's good. There's no separate living room space, so it's a little narrow to open your suitcase. I opened it near the kitchen counter. There's a convenience store nearby, and I went to an udon restaurant that opened early on the day I checked out, and they were all friendly. I only stayed for 2 nights, so I was a little disappointed. I want to come back again. I'm making good memories and leaving.

The room is clean and tidy, with a large area, suitable for family travel. It is quiet and not noisy at night, so you can have a good rest. It is also very convenient without a front desk. Although it is a little far away from the hotel in the downtown area, I think a room where you can rest quietly is more important in travel. I will choose this place next time.

The room was very clean. The hotel sent an email on the day of check-in to let us know how to enter the room and get the key. The whole process was contactless, which was very suitable for us who don’t speak Japanese and can’t communicate in English very well. We stayed for two days and bought beef from a nearby supermarket. We were able to eat wagyu freely in Japan. Transportation: Turn left at Exit 1B of Ebisucho Subway Station and walk for 3 minutes.
