I liked the cleaning was good, could be better though . The staff are supportive. I didn't like the small toilet, the shower arm was fixed, can not adjust the direction

A bit far if walking from Dontonburi bridge with luggages but and service and the place are great. Clean and good service.

Great location 5 minutes walk to subway is okay We’ve been there during May.. lovely weather so we can take a nice walk . The room is bigger than i though! Recommended!!

The room is small. Location is quite far from subway station. The staff will charge you if you check out late for only 2-3 minutes. And the price they charge is about 1/4 of the price for one day.

All the staff is nice and helpful, they will help you in any kind of help or request that you might need. I will tell that my stay is perfect, for sure I will be back again.

It was a wonderful stay! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with a very big bed (which was great). Everything you need is in the room - hair dryer, shampoo and all the stuff. Highly recommend! Location is nice too.

Hotel was average price deal and facilities but the fridge did not work and they insisted we change rooms if we wanted a working one, which was too much hassle as we were only staying two nights. Also, their payment system, if you reserve through Paypal, is opaque and quite inconvenient. I paid the full reservation as a "deposit" for the booking, and on arrival they would not admit us to the room until we paid the entire booking again at the front desk, effectively charging us twice. When I inquired about the refund of the deposit the desk staff appeared to be completly unaware of the process, nor could they guarantee when, or if, my booking deposit would be returned (it was finally credited a week after I had checked-out, after I pursued it with Paypal and Trip.com). This is not acceptable.

second time staying at this hotel because the location is very strategic to Shinsaibashi, car parking next to the hotel is quite affordable for the Osaka area

Although the room is small, it has everything, pola toiletries, two single beds, TV, humidifier. The window can be opened for study. It is open for rest. The check-out time is 10:00 in Japan, which is 9:00 in China. You can extend the check-in time by 1,500 yen for one hour. If you need to clean, you must put the room card at the front desk before 11:00 in Japan time. Because I couldn't get up, I stayed for several days and didn't clean for a day.

Was taken to the most ridiculous room. The location is close to the elevator 🛗, which is very annoying and noisy. It was going up and down noisily at 1:00 am, and I couldn't sleep at all. Rooms with this kind of problem simply need to be stated on the website and orders cannot be refunded. Room 1005. I guess room 05 in the entire building will be very noisy. Very bad experience.

The accommodation was small, but the staff was friendly and nice! Amenities were also provided~
