3rd time staying at this hotel. love the location, lots of connivence stores nearby. there are metro and JR lines too which is super convenient to kyoto, nara, universal studios, kansai airport & central areas. staff were super friendly too. will definitely stay here again :)

Convenient to any shopping malls, Mart and restaurants, and very close to the taxi stand and the metro station

The facilities is outdated. But the location is very good. The hotel need renovation as soon as possible. Good restaurant nearby.

I left my big luggage in the hotel for a few days so that I could travel to other nearby places more easily. When I went back to the hotel and checked in, the staff had already put the big luggage in the hotel room for my check in and saved my effort to carry the luggage back to the hotel room. I think this is a very thoughtful service.

The location is quite good with lots of nice restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We rented a car so it only took 10-20 mins to get to famous attractions! Before the trip, I actually tried to call the hotel regarding parking. None of them understood English on the phone which was frustrating.

Hotel with a convenient location which just next to conjunction of JR and Keihan line. This twin room is extremely small even using Japanese standard. The hygienic condition of the room is below standard. I see dust and mold stains in many different corners in the room. The breakfast is adequate with limited varieties, which is probably not a good deal when priced at ¥2420 per person.

The station just a few steps away from the hotel 😍 less than 1 min ! Best location as well !

This hotel was absolutely perfect in every way—5/5 across the board. The location couldn’t have been better. The amenities were top-notch. The views from my room were stunning. Best of all, the price was incredibly reasonable for the level of comfort and service provided. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

Staff at reception could be more friendly, Breakfast buffet is fair. Do expect tiny rooms but beds are comfortable. Station under the hotel proved to be most convenient though you can hear the rail tracks at night.

Overall we had a nice stay in this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located as it is just right at the exit of the train station. The Osaka castle is also nearby, 20-25 mins walking distance. The room is a bit outdated however it was comfortable and we had a nice view over the city. The breakfast buffet was well furnished with Japanese and western choices.

Very close to kyobashi station, absolutely easy to reach keihan line at the first floor. Great service and breakfast buffet in this hotel. If the hotel can provide a few pack bath salt would be better.

I’ve booked a room with 3 beds. It’s not spacious but reasonable in Japan. There are a shopping mall and restaurant streets nearby. Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast is good as well.
