Our initial triple room was incredibly cramped, but the double room we moved to later had a normal, comfortable amount of space. The hotel's location is absolutely superb; it makes getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel occupies floors nine and above, with a shopping mall and restaurants on the floors below (up to the eighth floor). Getting here is very straightforward: take the airport bus to Osaka Station, and it's just around the corner in the direction the bus was heading. The transportation links are truly excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

The rooms are spacious with a pleasant ambiance, and are spotlessly clean. Being a newly opened hotel, it certainly lives up to its cleanliness.
We booked two rooms, but I accidentally selected a king-bedded room for one. The lovely lady at the front desk graciously helped us switch it to a twin room for free. They had already arranged the twin beds together in the room, and there was ample space – enough for two large suitcases to be opened comfortably.
Each room comes equipped with a bathtub and a full-length mirror, which is very convenient. The only minor downside was the absence of children's amenities; only adult products were provided.
When making my reservation, I was torn between this new hotel and an older one. I ultimately chose the newer option, but I later realized the old hotel has a much better location. Every time we went shopping, we had to walk for about ten minutes to reach the old hotel's vicinity, which was quite tiring, especially in hot weather. Therefore, for those planning extensive shopping trips, I would recommend opting for the older hotel instead.

The location is incredibly convenient. You can reach the station easily, barely getting wet even in the rain. The surrounding area is packed with shopping malls, so you can get all your shopping done right there. A major highlight is the airport bus stop nearby, which means you don't have to haul your luggage far. The only minor drawback was that my room faced the train tracks, making it a bit noisy. Check-in is after 3 PM, but if you arrive early, you can store your bags and head out to explore.

Facilities: The room was rather compact. We had booked two 1.2m wide twin beds, but they couldn't be pushed together.
Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep.
Location: The location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a 4-minute walk to the JR station, making it incredibly easy to explore different areas. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store right downstairs. Umeda shopping district is only one train stop away, or about a pleasant 20-minute walk. The area also boasts plenty of dining options; downstairs, you'll find numerous charming local eateries where Japanese people enjoy late-night meals, creating a wonderful atmosphere. There's even a popular duck noodle shop nearby that consistently draws long queues!
Service: Service was adequate. We didn't have much interaction with the staff beyond check-in and check-out.

Our whole family was quite satisfied with our hotel stay in Osaka. First off, its location is excellent, right across the street from Fukushima Station. There's a FamilyMart next door and a 7-Eleven right by Fukushima Station. There are tons of restaurants in the area—yakitori, sashimi, izakayas, ramen, you name it. It's just one stop away from the Umeda shopping district, and even walking from the hotel isn't too far. The best part is that it's a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle. Umeda Station's transportation hub is incredibly complex and easy to get lost in, but this particular station has a direct exit that's super close to the hotel, so you won't get lost—it's incredibly convenient! We took the JR line directly from the airport to our room. We stayed for 4 nights, and housekeeping cleaned our room daily. Plus, there's even a hot spring bath to enjoy.

This hotel is right at Shin-Osaka Station, which is super convenient for business trips when taking the JR Shinkansen. The room is a bit small, just enough space to turn around, but the bathroom and toilet are decent, thumbs up. Breakfast is at the Vietnamese restaurant downstairs, and the food is good. Shin-Osaka Station has plenty of shops and restaurants, and it's also quite convenient to get around Osaka by subway from here.

Everything was great, but whether it was the dinner buffet on the first floor or breakfast on the 25th floor, I seemed to have arrived a bit late, and there was no one at the reception desk. I had to look around for a while before someone attended to me.
I have a Hankyu card for points, but I forgot to show it during breakfast, and the staff didn't ask. I only remembered it after I got back.
The toiletries are now the hotel's own brand, not Guerlain anymore.
The black tea in the room was delicious; I ordered the same kind as soon as I got home.
The service was impeccable, five-star level, and the view was also great. The TV supports screen casting.
There's a taxi stand right outside, and the foreign staff at the hotel speak excellent Japanese.
The greetings also had that impressive Hanshin Group touch.
I would like to stay here again.
This hotel is the only high-end hotel near Qianli Central. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the service is warm, but there is no Chinese service. Requires full communication in English or Japanese. The room facilities are old. After all, the hotel is decades old and has a sense of age. But the hygiene is very good. It's also relatively quiet at night.
The ideal hotel experience… really I feel like a princess!
Everything is so nice and well thought out, even in the economy room, there are nightgowns and slippers and even a shoe shine kit, they even provide a 3-type charger in the room. The beds are perfectly comfortable. The bath is so deep and relaxing, and the shampoo and conditioner are really nice quality! There are even vending and ice machines on every floor, I recommend to pair a cold drink with your bath. The view looks onto the Flower Road and it’s very nice.
The breakfast is amazing, everything is delicious and very well thought out. The omelet cooked by hand and the cake of the day were the highlights, there is also a very nice salad bar. I recommend the rose hip tea to pair with your breakfast, it’s refreshing and doesn’t have too much sugar.
The hotel is also only 2 minutes walk from the Takarazuka Grand Stage, we were able to have a relaxing breakfast, leave our luggage in the lockers near reception, and then stroll over for the 11am performance.
