The hotel is so nice and clean. I booked a room for one person in a reasonable price. Even though the bathroom is small, it wasn’t a problem for me. I still love it anyways. The room is not big but stayable. The bed and blanket is so comfy. to be honest, I love it so much that I don’t want to leave this place. I love the fact that the hotel is quite near Sakaisuji-Hommachi station. Alternatively, I could also walk to Namba for only half an hour. Plus I’m really in love with the big supermarket near the hotel. The staffs are also nice and could be able to speak English. Overall, I would totally recommend this place to other people and I would totally stay here again if I have a chance to go back to Osaka!

Our stay was excellent. The hotel location is very convenient, close to the subway station and shopping area. The room is clean, comfortable and well equipped. There is also a vending machine on the first floor, which was very convenient for us as we didn't have to go out to buy water on a hot day. The staff were very friendly and provided us with a very warm service. Especially the front desk staff, Ms. Emma and Ms. Yuna, helped us solve many problems and made our stay very smooth. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay and I would highly recommend it.
