環境很好，早餐很豐富，步行到小鎮 坐公交車350去就是需要推箱子走一段路，比較累 自駕很方便，停車位充足

Great Family run hotel and a 7min walk to the centre of town. Service is excellent with the hotel well presented, (looks brand new!) Staff could not be friendly from the Ski Shuttle driver, cleaners, front desk (Luca) and the family owners( Bernadette, Eugene, Julian ) They have all gone out of their way to make our stay a memorable one from booking restaurants, giving ski run tips, organising transport etc. Bistro Lim is relatively new, food is good but the service needs a little work but that does not take the shine off this place. For a great ski trip it has everything you need: - great breakfast - Hotel Ski Shuttle that operates all day - Spa/ Sauna - Really large Ski/Board storage and dry room (with tools and a work bench to tune your equipment. We will be recommending this place to all our friends that venture to the Dolomites.

.the staff was very kind and helpfull did their best to make our stay very pleasant .the rooms are spacious clean and beds are very confort .breakfast was delicous and very fresh nice view from the windows .the hotel is a little far from the center

No hesitation recommending any aspect of a stay at this family hotel.Staff are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about surrounding hikes etc. Rooms themselves are beautifully appointed and very clean. Our large group thoroughly enjoyed outdoor pool and the luxuriously appointed spa/sauna centre. Breakfast and dinner provisions were excellent. View out the rear of property is stunning. Town centre easily accessible by 10 min undulating walk. Will definitely return for another stay. Thank you

Everything about this hotel is lovey. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the city center. The owners are the nicest couple and make sure everything is top notch. The breakfast was high quality, the room large and well appointed, on site parking. I'm sad I'm not still there!!

Our hotel is a jewel in the intimate village of Ortesi, just outside the majestic Seceda mountain. The owner, Bernadette, is the epitome of graciousness. She made us feel so welcome, provided a welcome drink, with helped us with reservations and even gave us brushes for our muddy hiking boots after seeing the Seceda ridge. The rooms are luxurious and spotless, the beds are heavenly and the surroundings are gorgeous. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel in Ortesei.

Fantastic hotel with the most pleasant and helpful staff! Advice for hikes to take was given with lots of thought and attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious and very plentiful. Location was great as well once you get used to walking up and down the hills in town. Amenities were of a 4-5 star hotel! And views from the back balconies can’t be beat! Highly recommend this lovely hotel in a delightful village in the Dolomites!

Excellent hotel. Location is just outside city center so it is quieter but still an easy walk to town. Rooms are well designed. The bed mattress is very comfortable, though a bit small. The bedding was also nice and soft. The customer service is excellent. Loved the roof top hot tub! Room was a little hot for our taste at night when sleeping, but not much to be done about that is air-conditioning is not used in the Alps. Definitely recommend this hotel

Stunning views, incredibly clean, delicious breakfast, most helpful staff! Couldn’t have asked for more. We traveled with our one year old and they made it so easy. They had wonderful recommendations, especially for local restaurants.

The hotel was excellent. It was so clean and modern and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was my birthday while we were there and they bought out a small birthday cake and candle for me at breakfast. It was a perfect location, located just a short walk from Ortisei town centre. Close to the cable cars and the tram. The views from the garden were stunning. We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful staying for 3 days. What impressed me the most is all Staffs were very very kind. They smile all the time and were willing to grant even a small request. Moreover foods were especially great, so we overeat not just breakfast, but dinner. If I have a chance to visit Ortisei again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel.

Our latest visit to Ortisei exceeded all expectations, largely thanks to this wonderful hotel. Located in the heart of this beautiful town, we discovered a true gem. The breakfast was delightful, and the pool and garden were harmoniously integrated with the surrounding nature. The spa was extraordinary, especially the Finnish sauna with its panoramic valley view, and the rooftop Jacuzzi was a luxurious treat. This lovely Family-run hotel made our stay even more special. A special shoutout to Linda, who was always charming and helpful, especially when she went above and beyond to help us extend our car rental from an agency that was unavailable on the phone or email. Without her assistance, our trip would have been cut short. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ortisei/Alto Adige. Many thanks for the great hospitality. Beautiful interior design, excellent personal service, exceptional Spa on the roof, great location, a rich breakfast and a quite relaxing atmosphere. Most recomended! Luxury hotel! However, the mattress wasn't comfortable enough for this hotel standard, although new and very big :-( thst wad the only negative point.

i really enjoyed our stay by Planlim. Very nice location close by the center and the Ski slopes. I lovely breakfast and a very hospitable and professiona staff. Our family 2 adults and a sun of 13 and a daughter from 15 also enjoyed the outdoor drinks on thursday and the "piano man condert" on friday evening,
