So the room was really great as far as you know the cleanliness of it and everything. I was very disappointed by the breakfast that you guys did Supply considering that you charge $25 and for what was served it just didn't make sense to me. Also the fact that someone had a key to my room and tried to access my room because you guys apparently double booked is a very big issue. I did bring my dog what if something had happened.

Very Good and location is convenient. Hotel provide shuttle bus to Universal Studios.

This place is great! It is close to the park, there’s a free shuttle to and from universal studios daily, and the hotel staff are friendly! The included breakfast bar has many options and has great tasting food.

Average normal hotel for its money, frankly bad breakfast, for three days there was no cleaning unfortunately

Requested a quiet room, but after waiting for a long time, the only room available was next to the elevator. The room faces the high-speed motorcycles and the noise is quite loud. The shuttle bus to the park must be booked in advance, and there were no seats left when we went to see it.

The hotel has a total of seven floors. We stayed on the sixth floor and the view was good. It was very quiet. Several staff at the front desk were very welcoming and responsive. Just don't have high expectations for facilities and hygiene. Overall it's good

This hotel has a serious problem of arbitrary deductions for credit card authorization. In addition to paying the room deposit when checking in, it will randomly deduct more than 700 US dollars and about 100 US dollars from time to time. Finally, I contacted Ctrip to tell me that I was pre-authorized by their hotel to book the hotel. This is the first time I have encountered this situation.
