First impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others. The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.

There is a large parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving. The front desk and room service are very good, enthusiastic, professional and polite, and check-in and check-out are very smooth. The hotel environment is great, and the elevator is also very considerately designed with sofas. The room facilities are very complete, but the windows are not closed tightly, and there is always air leakage. In addition, there was a strong sandstorm in Ordos that day... The room was full of earthy smells, and a huge black wasp came in. 😨 In addition, the floor tiles at the entrance of the bathroom are broken, and I almost sprained my ankle. The breakfast is relatively rich, with delicious Mongolian milk tea, Chinese and Western food, and the restaurant is very large, right in the lobby. However, no staff cares about smoking in the restaurant.

The hotel is clean & tidy. Breakfast is good with the right variety. Concierge was very helpful. They booked my trip to the Genghis Khan Mausoleum at a discounted price of RMB300/- The mausoleum occupies a big area and during this time, it is not crowded. A must for any foreign traveller. Enjoyed my stay in Ordos.

Ordos Wenlan Hotel is located in the square opposite the Ordos Passenger Terminal. It has luxurious decoration, complete facilities, convenient transportation, and the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is also very good.

The best Holiday Inn Express ever 👍 This is the last stop of our trip to Inner Mongolia with my sisters, don’t be too satisfied! It was already very late when we arrived at the hotel, but the lady at the front desk was still very patient and helped add quilts and buckwheat pillows 💖 The soda water provided upon check-in is super delicious! Jasmine YYDS We helped bring out coffee for breakfast. The breakfast included fruits, fried cakes, local milk tea, steamed buns, coffee, soy milk, and milk. It was very rich. The front desk also prepared super cute balloon bracelets. It will really make you feel good when you receive a cute little stool! Nice stay. Will come again next time!

Very good value for money. we had the 3 bedroom spacious apartment for 5 people. beds were clean and comfortable as were the bathrooms, hot water and toiletries available. no kitchen available. very commercial area around the hotel, there is a large fruit market, supermarkets and many other bits like clothes and restaurants. Service was excellent and listen to our needs. Breakfast had cofee, bread and fruits available as well as the usual breakfast staples.
