They booked my trip to the Genghis Khan Mausoleum at a discounted price of RMB300/- The mausoleum occupies a big area and during this time, it is not crowded. A must for any foreign traveller. Enjoyed my stay in Ordos.

I temporarily booked this hotel because of my passport. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was not only indifferent, she didn't even say ”Hello”, the most basic courtesy in the service industry. ! At first glance, it seems that they have not received professional training, which shows that the hotel is lacking in management. The hardware of the hotel is pretty good, the rooms are large and the facilities are complete. But it cannot make up for the lack of management. I needed a non-smoking room. The smell of smoke was very strong when I entered the room. The two ladies on duty were very helpful. They changed my room and opened the window for ventilation. Thank you for their help! The breakfast was very good. The master chefs were all around. When they noticed that extra dishes were needed, they took care of it immediately, giving people a warm and professional feeling. The breakfast options are also good, including authentic haggis soup, milk tea, buckwheat noodles with mutton soup or tomato soup, very delicious!

In order to go to Ordos Safari Park, I chose to stay at this hotel. I arrived at check-in in the middle of the night. During the National Day, the price was a bit upside down. It was not expensive compared to the year-on-year, but what we needed to complain was that we booked the room. The bedding pillows were not replaced. New, With a strong taste of used, people should be separated. Fortunately, after communicating with the front desk, they upgraded the parent-child suite, but there are the above problems, and the mattress of the child's bed has no basic elasticity, and it is not comfortable at all, and it is impossible to rest well. But the good thing is that the hotel is indeed very close to the Ordos Safari Park. If you bring your children, you can choose to live here the night before.

If you come back, you will choose this one.

The parent-child interior room for a family of four was originally priced for three people, and they had to pay a difference of 1,300 yuan when they arrived at the hotel, so the total price was more than 6,700 yuan a night. If you come for the room, forget it, it's definitely not worth it. The room is very small, and the bed is also very small. We have to put two beds together so that our family of four can barely sleep. But the hotel is a one-stop all-inclusive service, including a hotel passage without queuing. We experienced it just after checking in. Check-in is in the scenic parking lot, and then we have to take the cable car to the hotel. At that time, there were hundreds of people queuing for the cable car. Those who stayed in the hotel did not have to queue, and they just walked through the hotel passage and got on. This was the first time I experienced the value of 6,700, and I instantly felt that it was not expensive. During our stay in the hotel, we experienced all three meals a day, which were delicious. Even I, who usually don't like to eat meat, ate a lot in the hotel. Snacks are available from 9am to 10pm, and you can eat as much as you want. In addition to snacks, there are also various drinks and alcoholic beverages. I drank two cocktails in the afternoon when I arrived at the hotel, haha. You can go sandboarding everywhere near the hotel. You don't need to buy a sandboard, just borrow it from the hotel. The hotel not only has a swimming pool, but also various recreational facilities for adults and children. I personally think I can play in the hotel for a whole day. There is a special car to pick up and drop off in and out of the hotel. The hotel's car also takes you to Yuesha Island and Xiansha Island. It should be noted in advance that you have to pay for the car ride in Xiansha Island. This is not included in the hotel project. My family spent 100 yuan to experience a sand motorcycle. It can take two people at a time, two laps at a time, and you have to queue up. There is no special passage. I spent 50 to sit in a small tank (because the two children are one big and one small, so they can only experience it separately). Then I started a cool life without queuing. We rode a camel, played a bumper car, a fairy roller coaster, and two camel roller coasters. We didn't have to queue up, which saved a lot of time. I instantly felt that the hotel of more than 6,000 yuan was worth it. Later, we took a small train to Yuesha Island, where people play in the water. Because the weather turned cooler during the National Day, basically no one played. If you want to play, remember to get a disposable raincoat from the hotel before going out, otherwise you will get wet. Walk along the plank road of the hotel for 10 minutes at night, and you can experience the desert music carnival party. There are also free drinks. Everyone is very happy. The National Day theme also saw a 200-square-meter national flag, which is a bit shocking. In short, our family of four had a lot of fun on this trip to the Lotus Hotel, and we were reluctant to leave in the end. After we came back from the desert, we went to the Chi Lechuan grassland again, stayed at the ”Qingzi Yunchuan Hotel” on the grassland, and stayed at the ”Manting” hotel near the museum. I will share the experience of staying in these two hotels. Everyone should remember to check it out when the time comes. I will try my best to write it in if I can avoid pits.

Sand painting, beading, feeding lambs, changing national costumes for photos, and archery are all very good. Stargazing in the desert is also very meaningful. Hotel drinks: The main meal is served with red wine and beer; there is juice coffee in the lobby beverage area. The coffee is freshly ground and even has latte art, which really surprised me. Tours: The Xiangsha Bay project needs to be paid separately, so I didn’t go to play. I mainly went to Xiansha Island and Yuesha Island. It was really comfortable without queuing. I rode a camel five times, played a sand car five times, and zipline three times, etc. Disadvantages: 1. The TV has almost no network signal and cannot cast the screen. 2. There are no plastic slippers in the room, which is a bit inconvenient. 3. The distance between each island is a bit far, and we have to change several means of transportation to Yuesha Island. We almost missed lunch. 4. When stargazing in the desert, you have to sit on the ground in the dark desert. There is no cushion. It is best to bring your own cushion. It is recommended to equip the staff of the desert stargazing with a microphone. There are many children and it is a bit noisy. The staff are tired of shouting and we can't hear clearly.

The room is clean and hygienic, and the Yellow River is right outside the door. Service: The lady who answered the phone at the beginning was not very friendly. She said she was waiting for us to get off work, and her tone was not very friendly. I want to say that this is not something we can control. Why should we be blamed? I hope you can improve your service attitude. I have stayed in a hotel in Ordos for so many days, but your service attitude makes me feel the most uncomfortable.
