Terrible management, staff very unprofessional, the place is a mess. Smells of musk & mildew, non operational handicap accessible bathrooms, after a severe leg injury I had requested and specified the reasoning being unable to stand while showering until my boot is off. I requested a room transfer and was kindly advised to hold, upon holding the concierge returned to say after speaking with my manager your options are to check out. The door to the room itself looks and feels like a trap door, but the door itself does not, the hinges don’t lock, I brought this to the attention as well as I had my business work with me and felt it wasn’t the safest at the location, to add on, with a hotel room door that was accessible to anyone if they happened to have leaned or pressed on the door. Walls were filthy, with smears and residue of food. Long story short, cost or not don’t waste your money the hotel, service, and amenities are not worth the price. Breakfast was slim to nothing, cereal and a waffle maker. Plenty to say, but I’ll sum it up to 2/5 stars being polite.

Enjoyed my stay staff was nice even though I was accused of smoking and found untrue an apology was made overall really nice place to breakfast is great also

The room should not have been rented. The door had to be body slammed to open because the latch on the door was damaged. Hallways leading to the room were not finished. Spackel was smeared on the walls and left without paint. Our room carpeting was dirty and had dog poo pushed into the carpet near the bed. The room smelled musty and dirty. Our air conditioner was loud and vibrated. The manager that assigned the room was not friendly. The pub attached to the hotel was dirty and the service was very slow. The food was very expensive. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The elevator is very small and can only accommodate four people. The things in the room are from decades ago.

The room is large and well-equipped. Although the breakfast is not very varied, it tastes good. There is a convenience store 50 meters from the hotel, where you can buy food and daily necessities, which is very convenient.
