From the warm welcome at reception to the spotless, fresh-smelling room with a charming balcony, everything was perfect. The bar food was delicious, and the location couldn’t be better—surrounded by great restaurants. Plus, parking was hassle-free with plenty of spots!

What a lovely little hotel. I was attracted to booking it from the reviews of previous guests. As an older woman and always a solo traveller I don't like big chains/hotels so I was specifically looking for a boutique style. As soon as you walk through the door, a big smile is waiting for you. The only let down for me was that I specifically requested a room with a nice view as I'm an artist and had come here to paint. Unfortunately my view from the 1st floor was of the side street and neighbouring villas so I was disappointed in that. However i walked to Olhos De Agua (20 mins at least) and got a taxi to Albufiera (5 euros) and took my paints with me. I didn't use the pool as it looked in the shade. The bed was amazing, huge, nice pillows and linen. Kettle and coffee machine but no milk. Bathroom was a bit of a let down as the shower gel dispenser was broken so I had to use the shampoo for everything and on the spare toilet roll there was excrement from the previous guest maybe? The only suggestion I have would be a full length mirror.

Booked a classic room and given an accessible room which we did not book. Disgusted to be told by the receptionist well you only booked for one night and repeated that phrase multiple times...disgusting ....I do not think this should matter when paying about 160 for the night and it should not mater how long you stay for. The pool area is ridiculously small and can not accommodate the number of guests. The stench around the pool was not very nice...stagnant smell. Bottom line I will not return and would advise others not to bother and hopefully this review aids others not to book and waste their money.

Good stay

The hotel staff were very accommodating, polite, and friendly. They always answered our questions and went above and beyond to help us. It was about a 7-minute walk from the beach, and a 5-10-minute Uber/taxi ride to Albufeira. There were many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

I stayed for a week and I can't say enough about the quality of service and facilities. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to accommodate our every request. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, with options for all tastes. The location of the hotel is perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing and worry-free holiday.

The breakfast room (which is great by the way, with fresh orange juice) is on the top floor (3rd) and offers views over Albufeira and the sea (which is a 20-minute walk away) Would immediately book it again, instead of 2 nights we stayed 4 nights...

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was well looked after, we were able to check in more than 1 hour in advance, which was great given the tiredness of the trip. The bed is very comfortable and large, for those who like space it is perfect. The shower could be a little better, little water comes out and it is a small shower, but efficient for a shower. The breakfast was very good, with several options for breakfast. Regarding the location, there are no restaurant options around, you have to go to Oura or Abufeira center, there you will find more options for lunch or dinner. The hotel bar is good, it has several drink options for those who want to stay at the hotel for a while, it's worth trying.

There are relatively few buses in the Albufeira area, so it is still suitable for self-driving. The hotel has free parking, and the receptionist at the front desk is very enthusiastic and meticulous, introducing the surrounding attractions in detail. The size of the room is suitable, but the ventilation system is not very good and the room feels damp. The breakfast is very good, including fruit cake, smooth eggs, yogurt, etc., very rich.

Great room. Using the kettle is a bit inconvenient, because the sockets are not in an easy place. Breakfast room good, quality (English) breakfast could be better. In general, worth repeating.

I would definitely repeat.
