Service was excellent. Staff at the front desk were extremely friendly. Second time staying there and will be staying a third.

Was assigned to a counter room on the lowest floor. The window is just facing the bridge, which everyone pass by can just see inside your room , no privacy at all.

There are not many hotels to choose from near the Nurburgring Nordschleife, but there are not many with air conditioning. I still want to have a good sleep when I get to the hotel, but it's okay (it's recommended to stay on the 5th floor). The balcony of our room faces the road. It's recommended to stay on the side facing the road for a better view. You can see the roller coaster facing the track, but there's not much track you can see, and it may start to wuwuwu early in the morning, which will affect your rest. The parking fee is 25 euros per night, and you can park anywhere with a welcome sticker on the wall.

It is a casino that is relatively easy for beginners to get into, but it is still a little disappointing compared to the type with a dealer. The view from the balcony is inferior to the Dorint. If you try to see the GP course, you can't see it because the stands block your view, so if you want to see the cars, Dorint is better.

3 of us stayed in a family suite which was large and well appointed, although for some reason they put in a small camp bed rather than making up a sofa bed. Location is right beside the track and a good view of all the supercars parading around the village. Outside it looks a bit austere corporate vibe. Inside is very pleasant, lots of stuff for the boy racer in you! The restaurant - dinner was very good quality although slightly limited choice but very reasonable. Service was a bit slow but pleasant. Some nice local wines by the glass. Breakfast buffet has pretty much anything you could want and is good quality. Overall very enjoyable.

The hotel and bar staff are exceptionally friendly. They offer an awesome breakfast. The best place to stay in Nurburg! The location is perfect!

Overall the hotel and the room were fine. The shower was missing a standard size wash cloth. The staff had no idea what a wash cloth is.
