The room is very new and clean, but couldn’t have a long sleep. The pillows are very thick. It’s too high and my neck was hurting. The room doors make loud “Peng Peng” sounds in the morning when everyone gets active so you can’t really sleep in. It’s for business travellers who get up early.

A nice little modern room that was perfect for couples. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and made sure our stay was special.

The hotel has recently been renovated. It's in such a good location only minutes from the Victoria Cross train station so simple to get into the city. The room was spacious and comfortable and staff were great. Weeks highly recommend a study.

The location of the hotel is great. A few hundred meters is the subway station. It is very convenient to travel. I will choose it next time I come to Sydney.

The location is really nice! It is recommended especially if you wanted to an easier access to the metro train station. It's a beautiful place and not that busy.

The room is pretty new. The room and the bathroom are very clean. Got USB & USB-C charging ports and wireless charging (but it was labelled as faulty in my room so I couldn’t use it). Room size is not big but that’s what usually is for hotels in city area. Location is right in CBD, with 2 mins walk to metro station, about 7 mins walk to supermarket and shops. Service was excellent. The restaurant at the lobby is reasonably priced. Only draw backs are the mattress was too soft and the shower area was that kind with no door. We showered carefully so not to make the bathroom floor too wet but it still got wet.

Good location in North Sydney. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Breakfast is basic but tasty. Cleaning was ok.

Pros: -Breakfast had a nice touch with the DIY juice station. -Room was clean and functional. Cons: -The room entrance was narrow and inconvenient due to luggage and hanger placement. -No slippers provided. -Staff did not ask about membership or offer much information during check-in. -Coffee at breakfast was not included and required an extra fee. Overall: A very average stay. The hotel claims to have been renovated, but the improvements didn’t stand out. Service was minimal and lacked attention to detail.

The place was hard to find , during our stay it was quite noisy and there was a fire alarm went off which was a hoax. after check out ,we needed to change my baby's nappy but there wasn't any parents room , wasn't expecting that from a 4star hotel

Overall experience including customer service was exceptional! Just that the hotel is a little bit hidden in the edge and a little hard to find, our uber driver had to circulate quite a while to find it. But I loved the room, very clean!! Will come again!
