When checking in at night, you need to communicate the password with the hotel in advance by email, get the room card by yourself, and there are cooking utensils in the room. It is also very convenient.

Check-in is so hard. I called the service center in front of the door and they tried to take care of it by answering the phone in New Zealand, but they were really rude. It was the worst. Later, someone came out to check me in, but there was no notice and they didn't tell me how to check in in advance. It was the worst. I don't want to use it again.

The hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk. There is no one at the front desk after 19:00. Please pay attention to the time when checking in. The room is not cleaned every day. You have to notify the front desk before someone will clean it, but the cleaning is not very good, very sloppy.

I chose this apartment because it was close to my child's apartment. I booked for 5 nights, but later I felt that the apartment was suitable for my needs, so I renewed it for a total of 10 nights. The apartment is not big, clean and relatively quiet. There is a No. 58 tram downstairs, which goes to the Royal Botanic Gardens and the Zoo (in both directions). There is a chain supermarket with relatively long business hours. There are several restaurants, pharmacies, 7-11, etc. nearby. It is about a 10-minute walk from Queen Victoria Market.
