The overall number of rooms is not too large, so it doesn't feel crowded even when full, and it's very quiet overall. There aren't many restaurants within walking distance, but there are Chinese and Western restaurants in the hotel, the prices are reasonable, and the food is good.

A very good experience. Outside the window are the green mountains and the rippling lake. A pot of Jin Jun Mei in the room gives you a pastoral and leisurely feeling. This is the meaning of vacation. The housekeeper Xiao Lu is very considerate. He took the initiative to add breakfast and hot spring tickets for the children and gave them a fruit plate, making the trip more comfortable and satisfying. Every time I passed the front desk, Chris greeted me with a warm smile, making me feel very welcome and comfortable. He handled all my requests swiftly, ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. Not only is Chris efficient, but he also often offered help unprompted, even recommending several local eateries that were excellent choices. Such staff members are invaluable assets to the Hilton Garden Inn, and Chris's outstanding service is a large part of why I would choose to stay here again.

Good hotel located just a 5 minute walk away from Tianyi square. The breakfast area was being renovated when I stayed, so didn't try the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and equipped with all basic amenities. Great value for money!

Places worth optimizing: 1. There are no hooks or hanging rods on the wall around the washbasin, which is not convenient for hanging towels. 2. We traveled over mountains and rivers for an hour and a half to get here, and I was really disappointed. My boyfriend kept asking why the room we booked was different. It was obviously very good in the picture. In short, it was okay to sleep, no problem at all! I really can't understand the whole operation... Why did they change the 49-square-meter room I booked to a 35-square-meter room, and said it was an upgrade. I really don't know how to upgrade and shrink the room! ! ! ! I was really angry about this matter. I had booked it and arranged a romantic night, but it turned out like this! ! ! ! My boyfriend is 195cm tall and the bed is not big enough for him to sleep on, with his feet sticking out!!! It really made me angry, and the room was very cold at night!!! The toilet was also poorly decorated! It was a really bad experience!!!

The hotel was good. Staff is helpful and polite. Everything went smooth. Rooms were nice looking but it would be better if they'd put more attention to the cleaning. The only problem I had was there was a sound of running water kept coming in my room the whole night which made me so annoyed.
