Really poor customer service i have ever experienced and hotel we pay for the breakfast and hotel didn’t provide it and even they didn’t refund my money

This is the worst experience I've had on a business trip abroad. The price of $120 is very expensive for this location. The hotel's sanitation is also very poor. The room is full of a musty smell. The most hateful thing is that the hotel staff is not clean. While I was away, they opened my suitcase and stole a box of Zhonghua cigarettes (worth $1,200) and a box of Golden Milk Tea (worth $1,000). It's extremely bad. I remind all travelers to choose carefully!

The hotel facilities are equivalent to the domestic three-star level. The price of more than 700 is not cheap. The room is quite large and has a sea view of the Indian Ocean. There are no advantages other than this. The breakfast is a bit perfunctory. The breakfast ended at 10 o'clock. When we went to the restaurant at 9:40, there was almost no hot food to eat. We could only eat some bread. I guess the restaurant waiter couldn't stand it and made us an egg roll. The overall service was disappointing. I called twice to ask for slippers. When checking out, I was delayed for half an hour because of the breakfast charge. All kinds of things were not smooth.
