The location is really good. 10 mins away from the station. Easy to find. Big hotel, about 11 floors. The room is quite spacious, part in western style with beds and part in japaneese with tatamis. There is sink in themiddle of the room, quite comfy. Good view to the mountain and forest from the window, 9th floor. Nice yukata to wear, i liked the outerpart. Breakfast and dinner is buffet, quite big choice, free beer for dinner, not so many fruits, no cakes for breakfast (dinner only). There is sushi and sashimi choice, delicious food. Onsen is quite good, clean, big. Will recommend to stay here

first of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's & a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan

Lodging at this hotel is a good choice of a high cost or price performance ratio, apart from its location quite near to the eki or train station. Foods in the dinners or breakfasts are abundant; and happy to have beer and sake in the dinner. Room is large enough for three guests. Pity that there is no Wifi provided in the dining9 place; also there is no covered outdoor walkway connecting the main block and South Wing and guests would get wet on the way to the dining place or onsen, when it rains. Lack of ramps but many steps connecting places of different levels. Parking lots are not close to the assigned rooms.

All hotel staff are friendly and can provide appropriate services. There are different entertainment facilities in the store, such as mahjong, billiards, etc., making the journey colorful. The hotel is also close to Kinugawa Onsen Station and has convenient transportation.

The food is delicious and the room layout is good. But parking is so hard. There are so many cars that even if you park in a private parking lot, you have to take a private vehicle to that parking lot.

The Japanese-style room we stayed in was old, the bathroom was smelly, the buffet was ok, and the hot spring was nice.

The price is very affordable, the service and food are very good, dinner and breakfast are all buffet style, and there is unlimited alcohol, which is also good. I stayed in a Japanese-style room, which was very large and very comfortable. The most important thing is that there are hot springs, which are great.

The toilet smells like urine! I want it to be improved.

The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the train station. The location is good, the service attitude is okay, and the room facilities are relatively complete, but the hygiene is a little lacking. The hot springs may be recycled.
