We could not go since we got stolen our passports and belongings, and the hotel didn’t accept to refund not even one day. Bad service in case of emergencies

The hotel is old and dusty.. good location but also around a lot of loud bars.. for sure not as nice as it look online and they exaggerate their partnership the beach club. No actual benefits from the hotel to be sure the beach. Just located one block from the beach which was nice.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Room was clean and the location of the hotel is good. Definitely recommend it!

Absolutely loving our stay at Hôtel Nice Beau Rivage. We had to book last-minute in the city, and front desk staff managed to get us inside our room a bit earlier, as we asked, which was so helpful: we took a shower and went to explore the city. Location was incredible. Close to every tourist spots plus the beach. Clara gave us a plan guide with the map. Our room was super clean, comfortable and well equipped with appliances, TV, mini bar…Breakfast is great! Couldn’t ask for a better place here. We highly recommend this hotel.

There is no air conditioner with cooling function. The air conditioner has no cooling function. The room is very small. The aisle is too small to open the 30-inch suitcase.

Great service, great hotel location, great breakfast

Close to the sea but no sea view room was booked. The hotel facilities are old but clean. The location advantage is obvious. There are restaurants and bars to choose from within 5 minutes. Self-driving tours are not very friendly and parking is expensive in the surrounding area.

Very very bad.dirty, run down hotel. Smells bad. 4 stars does not deserve. The staff is angry, dissatisfied and completely unfriendly to guests. The food is tasteless. The doors in the room, in the bathroom open and close with great difficulty, everything creaks both the doors and the bed. The tea stirring sticks were one and already used, the tea bags were replenished every other day. Beach for a fee of 25 euros per person. Choose another hotel! I do not advise.

It's right in front of Nice Beach, and it was nice to be able to see Matisse's paintings inside the hotel. Breakfast was also delicious.

Excellent 4 star hotel in a fantastic location to enjoy a weekend in Nice

When we arrived at 3.30pm we had to wait 30 minutes because the room wasn't ready. I get to the room and the toilet was dirty. when I go to have a shower I discover that there is no hot water. I had to call 3 times before they sent someone from reception to see that there was actually no hot water. They then changed my room (smaller than the previous one). Due to this delay and their absence I was unable to go to an important appointment. I do not recommend this hotel at all. The only positive thing is the location. The general manager of the hotel promised me a refund. I am waiting.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the service is very good. The location is very good, it is very convenient to go to the beach and shopping, and there are many restaurants around. The only problem is that the sound insulation effect is too poor. The sound of cars, motorcycles, and passers-by's voices all affect sleep. There is also the sound of garbage trucks in the early morning. It is very noisy in the room. If you can't sleep well, try not to choose it. here
