Room is clean, very close to nice city centre. The staff was very welcoming, close to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. Restaurants in the area are quite decent, you can reach the beach within 10 mins of walking. The breakfast is a bit expensive(＞20 eur).

I had a couple days available and quickly decided to spend them in the South of France. I haven't been there for years, about time to catch up. And it was a wonderful time, the hotel is located absolutely perfect, only minutes to the beaches, to the restaurant and to the main shopping streets. As I also took some time to jump over to Monte Carlo, Cannes and Grasse, it turned out that the Gare de Ville, the main train station also is just located like a 10 minute walk. Absolutely wonderful, no need for a taxi, or Uber or anything, everything possibleby foot. The rooms at the hotel are not necessarily the latest fashion and one can say for sure a bit used, but well, all I need is a good and clean bed, and it was very comfortable for a good night rest. The bathroom had all the needed accessories like hair dryer, and more importantly, a good hot shower. Needless to say that the team at the hotel are friendly, helpful and always have a smile for you. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I surely will try to get there again when in Nice next time!

Good location. Rooms were dirty in places such as the fridge. Everything was faulty from the tv to the PowerPoints to the kettle. Some staff helped us, some were rude and refused to do anything about it. For a 4 star hotel with this level of service, it’s not worth the price.

Is located quite a bit of walk from the station.. but manageable walk to station as well as to the city town. There’s a supermarket nearby so its very convenient! Has a great view of the church and area is quiet and safe. Rooms are spacious but could be better lighted. Is very dim at night as the room lights aint that bright… toilet is abit tired looking

The room is too small and pricy for 5 people and the hotel shouldn’t have 5 into one room.

2nd time staying at this hotel. 2 bedroom suite was comfortable and big with large balcony rooftop with a great view of the sea. King+2 twins + sofa bed can sleep 6. They were kind to let me check in 1 hour early as check in is strictly 3pm. I came at 2.15pm. However don't borrow the umbrellas from the reception if it rains. I borrowed 2 umbrellas to go across the road to levingt4 for dinner and the receptionist told me that if it breaks I will have to pay. I opened the umbrellas and one of them was already broken. She agreed to swap for a better one. When I came back she tried to charge me eur15 for the other umbrella that was not broken but 1 joint was out of shape. I argued that the umbrella was not broken and agreed to pay only if I took photos of the umbrella to make a complaint. She then agreed not to charge me. Very poor quality umbrellas to begin with. Poor management to offer such lousy umbrellas. Next time it rains just walk in the rain with a good! Don't be scammed! Levingt4 was awesome

Would like to give credit to front desk staff and manager as they are really polite, welcoming and well prepared the room during our stay. Although the hotel property is a little bit run down but knowing they are doing their best to maintain it and overall satisfy.

The location is great. Also there is a parking garage. However, the cleanliness should be improved, because the bathroom was not clean at all. The service was good.

Good aspects: 1. Location: Very good. It takes about 13 minutes to walk to Nice's largest train station, and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach, Galeries Lafayette, Promenade des Anglais, and Monoprix; 2. Facilities: It meets the expectations of Holiday Inn, it does not have a European feel, it does not look old, it is clean, the room size is OK, and 2 large suitcases are no problem. The restaurant style is relatively comfortable. Complaints: 1. Breakfast: It is not recommended to buy breakfast. I stayed for 4 days, and every day was the same. One day I added a small sausage, and one day I added a small cake. Because it is the off-season for tourism, there are very few guests, and the number of people eating breakfast is in the single digit. The last picture is the omelet on the fourth day. From the tender yellow of the first day to the caramel color of the fourth day, it feels like it is being cooked every day😂 2. Service: The man at the front desk felt forced to open the business. The room does not provide disposable slippers. My friend speaks very good French. I called the front desk and the front desk said that this room does not include it, but it can be delivered. The two pairs of slippers delivered were yellowed. Overall, the room rate of 1,000/day in the off-season is OK and can be lived in.

The view is very nice, you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the big terrace without any obstruction, I highly recommend it!

Good location, very close to the commercial street, a few minutes to Galeries Lafayette, seven or eight minutes to the beach, and more than ten minutes walk to the train station. Breakfast is rich and delicious. Stayed for two nights. On the day of check-in, because the room window could not be closed normally, I asked for a replacement. The communication with the hotel staff on duty was unpleasant. Ctrip came forward to negotiate and the problem was solved. The hotel staff still emphasized that I didn’t need to find Ctrip and they would solve it for me. I was tired of listening to it and didn’t give him a good face. He still served me for the next two days, and his attitude was normal. If there was no unpleasantness on the day of check-in, the subsequent experience would still be good. The room is clean, the space is good, and the decoration is traditional. There is a basin for women to wash in the bathroom, but I forgot to take a photo. In addition, there is a Yifang milk tea shop a few minutes walk from the hotel, which is delicious!
