Worst hotel I stayed at. Super dirty and the towels are yellow. The bathroom super dirty and they didn’t wash bedsheets:( - please see photos

The room was cozy. I got a room with a river view. Since I was traveling the next day, I couldn’t do much at the hotel. But I liked overall experience at marina bay. Hope to visit again.

The hotel gets a 1/5. The one is for the friendly staff everything else was horrible. The walls had marks on them. For the price I would expect a spotless place. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. I booked it hoping I’ll enjoy time by the different pools however they have so many rules regarding the pool. Breakfast is prepayment and they don’t have the option to pay for it afterwards. The nearest mall is 15 minutes on foot. The road there is a little sketchy. They know their guest rely on the mall for lunch and dinner the least they could do is have someone cut the grass on the pathway. Add lights to make the road easy to see to night. I got bitten by an insect on my way back. It’s hard to walk in the heat and I can imagine it’s the same in the winter. A shuttle to and from the mall to make it easier for the guest since it’s almost impossible to get an Uber as a foreigner in that part.

Good service very clean. The stuff are very friendly and speak some English which was very helpful

Location a bit isolated if you want to eat out at night etc. all food places around the hotel closes by 9 pm. U hv a few coffee houses and a fried chicken place only.

The hotel is not new, there are stains on the walls, the emergency light does not work, the air conditioner does not cool well. The elevators do not work quickly, if there is an influx of people, you have to wait for a very long time

Hotel is clean and staff are very helpful and polite. Hope that there is early shuttle service to airport. We will definitely book here again. 

Nice hotel

From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel valued as a guest. The check-in process was seamless, and I appreciated the personalized touches throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations. I particularly loved the luxurious bathroom, the stunning city views.

Far away from station, shuttle bus starts from 11am until 18pm every hour, no iron available at all at hotel, check in time is very restricted, they will make you wait until 3pm even is the room is ready.

The amenities are misleading. The airport shuttle doesn’t operate until 11/12 in the morning. I took an Uber from Gimpo Airport but the queued taxis wouldn’t take me. They said it’s too close. It isn’t a bad hotel but in the middle of nowhere. I probably won’t stay again.

Hotel Marinabay is clean and huge. The amenities are great, and the staff are amazing, especially Danny and Logan. Very friendly! Location is not that close to the middle of Seoul, but the taxi fee is like $20 to go, so it's not that bad, and they will arrange a taxi for you anyway. And if you like shopping, there's a huge outlet 10 mins away on foot, you can shop till you drop.

Rude people working at reception. Guy at front desk refused to call for a taxi. Big hotel yet concierge service not available.

Nice marina view and 10min walking distance from Hyundai outlet mall. 25min from Kintex.
