This hotel ticks all the boxes for us. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast is extremely comprehensive. The room we booked with a sea view was lovely and big and the view quite extensive. The level of security was high.

Everything fine, but the sink was always stuck. Also the stuff refused to give me water on the last day (come on! it costs 10 cent, is this the good service?)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! The place is clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection was pretty good, though I would have loved to see some fish and seafood options One of the highlights was the small gym and the pool on the 28th floor. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay

We booked a family room with a sea view. Is a connecting room with one twin room & one king room. Air conditioning in both rooms are warm/hot and not cooling, and one of our toilets has a bad scent, the water temperature is not stable (suddenly switch to super hot mode), and there’s an issue with floor drain as well. Please remember to check if they provide two bottles of mineral water in the room because they charged us when they only provided one bottle on the first day (our mistake for not checking as well). In terms of location, it's about a 5-10 minute drive to Nha Trang center, and there are a few local restaurants and mini-markets around, which is very convenient. The receptionist is friendly and helpful.

We stayed for almost 10 days. The room is clean, the breakfast is very complete. I’m the rooftop there’s a small gym and a pool with a view of the beach. The location is also very good very close to the main beach in Nha Trang.

We booked a family room consisting of 2 rooms. It was clean, cleaning was done daily, towels were changed, water was added. The only thing was that the room was on the 29th floor, and only 2 out of 4 elevators went there. Because of this, you had to wait a long time for the elevators and when going down, the stops were every other floor. We liked the breakfasts for adults, there was enough fruit, but for the children there was not enough pastries, especially pancakes, waffles and similar. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at the hotel, the staff was very responsive and helpful.

The hotel is quite good. Quite convenient location: there are many good restaurants, massage parlors, supermarkets nearby. The sea on the beach is clean, the beach itself is not very clean. We were never able to take sun loungers from the hotel. We bought them for 100 thousand dongs nearby Among the minuses: a very steep staircase at the entrance to the hotel and in the morning it is difficult to wait for the elevator. The breakfast is quite varied: there are both European and Asian dishes. We did not see watermelons for breakfast. Of the fruits, there was pineapple, pitahaya, papaya, passion fruit, bananas. The elevators and carpets in the hotel are quite shabby - this immediately gives some despondency to the hotel. Everything is fine in the rooms, at least in ours. We booked adjoining rooms on the 29th floor with a sea view. The view was really beautiful. I was a little worried about the noise from the street, but it did not bother me much. Perhaps due to the location of the hotel a little back from the street and a high floor.

This is my second time writing. Apparently, the first time they only post positive reviews..... A hotel that is sold as a 5-star hotel provided a room with virtually no windows (the dummy window in the photo does not match the screenshot of the room description when booking). "One or more non-opening windows" and a photo of a view from them is not entirely correct. In a hotel in the UAE, where on a high floor the windows also did not open (for safety), but they had a gorgeous view. The soundproofing is very poor. All night you can hear the noise from the pipes, as the neighbors on the floor and above wash their hands, flush the toilet, talk, slam the door or forget to close it before the alarm in the room goes off, etc. ... It seems like a drunken night party is in your room. In the morning, this is supplemented by the staff negotiating in the corridor on the walkie-talkie in loudspeaker mode..... The room is stuffy. You can't get enough sleep, I had a headache in the morning. There are only 9 sun umbrellas on the beach. This number is clearly not enough for a large hotel. Judging by the beach towel provided by the neighboring hotel Vesna, the number of places on the beach under an umbrella is enough for two hotels..... There is a person sitting next to the staff who issues towels, who immediately offers to find an umbrella and a sun lounger for an additional fee.... There is garbage on the beach. After 16:00, beach towels are nowhere to be found. The reception sent us to the beach. There they categorically refused to issue them and even to call the reception, sent us back to the reception, where they again refused to issue a beach towel.... When returning from the beach, the door to the room where the money was was open.....it's good that nothing was missing. Why does the staff open the door to the room, not clean it and just leave, leaving the door open!? The corridors on the floor are dusty and dirty. Even after the "cleaning", no one cleaned up the mud from shoes, dust, etc.... There is no visual information that the hotel has a 5-star category. The reception did not provide any supporting documents, they said that the hotel is supposedly 4 stars now and is striving for 5.... I have been to many hotels in Nha Trang, but this is the first time. I have no desire to return.

We have been staying at this hotel for the second year in a row, the location is great, the sea is literally three minutes away, you just need to cross the road. The hotel is not on the first line, but a little further back, so it is not noisy. We had a spacious room on the 21st floor with a wonderful view, regular cleaning, water and tea/coffee every day. The soundproofing is excellent, there was a family with a small child in the next room, we found out about this a week later when we ran into each other in the corridor. The staff is very hospitable and helps with any questions. They helped us buy tickets for the bus to Ho Chi Minh City, and in such a way that the bus company picked us up almost from the hotel (the doorman helped carry the luggage to the boarding point). Breakfasts are designed more for Asian guests, but overall you will not go hungry. In extreme cases, you can always order scrambled eggs or an omelet. There is a swimming pool on the roof, and sun loungers and towels are provided on the beach. There are not many sunbeds, they are designed for two hotels, so it often happened that at 6:30 everything was already taken, but somehow we managed to take either a sunbed or at least a mattress every day. The hotel is not very new, but everything is clean and in working order. Thank you for your hospitality! We will definitely come back ❤️

Nha Trang is an exclusively Russian and Kazakh resort, most of the signs on the embankment are in Russian, there are a lot of compatriots, even the sellers at the market can pronounce numerals in Russian. The hotel is a high-rise on the embankment, if you look at the Nha Trang bay, then this is the far right part of it, closer to the Vinpearl amusement park. We checked in early. Judging by the ads of tour operators, there are only Russians and Kazakhs in the hotel. The room is excellent, but apparently they break or steal something, because they took our passports, they will give them back upon check-out. Very comfortable bed, there is gel, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes. From 6.00 there is an excellent breakfast, I advise you to come at this time, because the beach starts working at 7 and you have to jump there and take a place. The hotel has its own part of the beach and about 30 sun loungers. Beach towels are provided on the beach. We arrived at 7 and at that time there were 5-6 sunbeds left on the second and third lines. Those who arrived later were already taking places under the palm trees. Beach service works until 4 pm, then the staff takes the towels and starts folding the sunbeds, but you can continue to sit on the beach on your own towel. By 12 o'clock, everyone who took a sunbed starts to crawl away and it is quite possible to grab a place for yourself. There is a swimming pool, a gym. All the shops around and eateries are expensive, food from 120k. But everything is in Russian.

We liked everything, especially the good location; and the rooms are comfortable, good breakfasts. The beach is amazing, but there are not enough sun loungers. There is a problem with the elevators, they are not set up correctly, you have to wait a long time or go in an overloaded elevator. A separate elevator is needed for the staff; I recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back.
