Even though breakfast was included, I still had to pay an additional fee. I wish there was an explanation of this beforehand. However, the hotel was clean and easily accessible.

I booked a room with a view of the Empire State Building, but I could only see it in a line, which was a bit disappointing. The room was a bit small, but the decoration was quite fashionable. The air conditioner was too noisy. Fortunately, it was not hot at night, so I just didn't turn it on. The location is great, it's close to everything. The hotel has its own restaurant, which tastes good. It's quite convenient for solo travelers

I was woken up several times at night. The two of us stayed. However, the hotel's cleaning was not good. There was one missing bathrobe for the first time I checked in. On the second day, there was only one bath towel. After staying for three days, the toiletries came in small bottles and were never replenished. And I found that whether I tipped five dollars or two dollars, the result was still the same!

The room and lobby are clean and hygienic, the decoration is simple and elegant, and the charging socket on the desk has USB/TYPE-C, which is very convenient; Friendly and professional staff; The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Empire State Building, Times Square, next to the New York Public Library and Bryant Park, and close to various bus stops at the subway entrance. The surrounding security situation is safe, and there are no passers-by lying on the ground; There are several Sichuan restaurants on the left and opposite of the store door, which are suitable for Chinese stomachs; there are also several bakeries nearby. In short, because it is a newly renovated hotel in 22 years, even if it is not so famous, it is worth recommending.

The room is extremely small. There is no way to open the suitcase. You can clearly hear the sound of the elevator going up and down in the room. There is no way to sleep well. I will not choose this hotel in the future.
