Response from Property: 實在抱歉，給您留下一個不好的體驗感。咱們酒店是非標加盟國際店，所以在裝修風格上確實與大部分的傳統國際店有一些差別。朝南方向為什麼會出現工地，這個是市政發展規劃所需，市政是在與酒店路之隔的地區規劃建設一個大型綜合購物廣場，但是由於24年在大環境不景氣下，中標企業資金鍊出現問題，所以建設到一半時24年年底暫時停滯了，因此才會出現朝南方向出現所謂的工地大坑，建議下次過來入住體驗時可以選擇朝北方向，或者在門店房間不緊張的情況下，建議和前台申請儘量安排朝北、朝東、朝西方向的房型。通過咱們拍攝的圖片，可以看出咱們應該是沒有打開燈帶，對於沒有服務員及時去幫忙調節，咱們會進行了解，爭取下次不會出現這樣的情況發生，在此再次表示對您的抱歉。對於反饋出現很多小灰塵的現象，這個情況咱們也會進行深入瞭解情況，因為這幾天門店入住率基本上是屬於滿房狀態，按照正常情況下一直頻繁入住的客房是不會出現很多小灰塵，除非是太長時間不入住才會出現，不知道是不是因為咱們使用的布草含棉量的原因，出現某些地方出現毛須才被誤認為是灰塵，這個情況咱們會繼續深入瞭解一下原因。

Response from Property: 尊貴的會員您好，實在不好意思，非常抱歉，給了您一個不愉快的體驗感。最近咱們酒店的雙床房預訂率比較高，標準雙床房整個酒店衹有2間，而且是門店引流房，價格比較實惠，使用的頻率也比較高，一般情況下預訂標準雙床房的客人，在其他雙床不緊張的情況下，咱們都會給升級，除非是很緊張且沒有房的情況下，才會按客人預訂的房型安排入住。對於使用頻率比較高的房間多少都會有磨損，畢竟門店也是開業差不多6年的時間，因為地理位置靠近新海港，疫情3年期間，又多次被政府請求作為醫護人員的健康驛站，所以相對其他房型來説，標準房型折舊速度會相對快一些。今年咱們也計劃對整個酒店的產品進行升級，感謝在產品升級之前您能給咱們這些反饋意見，還有咱們給一個小小的建議，下次預訂的時候，儘量預訂其他房型，或者預訂標準雙床房型時，可以先與前台工作人員聯繫，看能不能幫忙升級，咱們定會秉承花最有價值的費用，給您最好的服務和體驗感。對於反饋沒有任何一次性的客用品和易耗品，這個情況咱們還要進行深入的瞭解情況，因為酒店每間客房在放出來使用之前，都有客房管家或者值班經理去查過之後才可以放出售賣，一般不達標的房間特別是物品配備不齊全的房間一律不允許放出售賣。如果下次遇到這種情況可以在房間通過電話立即向前台反饋或者直接在房間裏，通過mini立牌二維碼或者聯繫電話號碼，直接向酒店管家反饋，咱們定會立馬幫您解決。最後給您帶來不愉快的體驗感，再次表示抱歉，也希望產品升級後，您還能再給咱們一次服務的機會，謝謝。

The Yuanda Shopping Center is more than 200 meters away from our hotel, which integrates food, drink and entertainment. The West Coast First Line Coast Tour Promenade is about 800 meters away from our hotel. Three kilometers away is Asia's largest CDF duty-free city and the New Seaport. Next time you come here, I suggest you enjoy the scenery of the West Coast First Line Seaview Promenade and visit the CDF duty-free city with good quality and low prices.
