70 Park Avenue Hotel Reviews

Not worth the high price I have paid, not a luxury hotel at all. No amenity kits provided. Not perfectly clean either, carpets are stained and dusty, some corners are rusty/rotting. Still nice, still a place to sleep but not worth the price (same level as premier inn/holiday inn). I did get a good view from my room.

It was a nice hotel comparing with the ones in the area. the team is friendly.

By far the most horrible, my check in was on March 12, and Lufthansa canceled my flight on that day, and hotel said because of no show, not only we took your money we don't give you any room too! Myself and Trip tried to negotiate for cancelation or even I asked my friend take the room, was all No! At the end i lost huge amount of money.

The location is convenient, and the staff in the hotel is very helpful!

The front desk staff, and the bellman were especially friendly and attentive. The room was cleaned daily and left neat and spotless. Our only concern is that the towels and sheets were changed to often. We would prefer to have a more eco-friendly approach to changing the linens.

The room was smaller than expected, but it was enough for me to stay alone. I think it would have been better if the ice machine and water purifier were in the same location (located on the 2nd floor and the first basement level, respectively).

Very good location, very satisfied

It was comfortable and nice, and the location was also very satisfactory. As for the auxiliary facilities, the size of the hotel is very small, except that the gym is made in a small basement. Nothing special. but Close to Grand Central Terminal It was a very satisfying position to move in various directions.
