Very satisfied . no luxuries. Practically inside the Port Authority, just cross the street. Coming from Jfk, you are already at the hotel without having to change trains. Simple, breakfast included and basic. Several restaurants nearby. We walked to Time Square and the High line / The Vessel. Excellent value for money for New York. And I've stayed in several hotels there. from my Window I See Port Authority Station

Ideal location to explore NYC! The receptionists are all cheerful and helpful! At the breakfast room, we feel so welcomed by Ms Teresa Cruz - she is friendly and provided such good experience esp on our 1st breakfast! We will certainly back to this hotel in our next visit!

Location is great. Room is okay in general but could be better if it’s more modern. Toilet is simple. Staff attitude varies - some are helpful and some are not.

Very good but we have a trouble with payment. We paid already but when check in staff said no payment yet.

Frankly to do again, the hotel is close to all Transport time Square port authority metro. The team is really incredible the breakfast is more than plentiful. And for families you can take with you with pleasure. They always have a smile and kindness whether at the reception Alexandra and Andres super helpful and  for the rooms are nickel the cleaning ladies cleanliness, impeccable every day we have the right to an exceptional room, towel, shampoo, OPTi care soap

It's the first time I've stayed in a hotel and they didn't even make my bed. They didn't change my towels either. It's unthinkable in a chain like Marriot. They said they decided not to make them every day. The hotel is close to Times Square, but it's next to a drug store and that makes the street a place with bad smells and a regular atmosphere. The breakfast is passable, but I wouldn't go back because if I go to a hotel the least they can do is make my bed. The bathtub was clogged and we had to wait 20 minutes to shower between one and the other.

Convenient location, clean and tidy room, suitable for short-term travel This time I stayed in a room with three friends. I thought it was very worthwhile. And the service staff in the hotel have good attitude Especially the service in the restaurant is very good and they are very enthusiastic to help customers. The front desk staff also provided good service

Very good, location, service, staff friendliness are all the best~ There are few Koreans among the guests, but it seems like it would be good for many to use. I didn't expect much because breakfast was included, but I'm very satisfied.

The service at the front desk is very good and warm, but the room is super small. If you don’t have breakfast, you have to queue up. Others are ok
