DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. THEY ARE THEIFS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING TASTELESS AND OILY! THE AREA ITS IN DOESNT FEEL SAFE IN MY OPINION The hotel has a strange smell when u walk in. My Cartier watch and a brand new top I bought while I was in NY was stolen in my hotel room. bare in mind I keep my suitcases locked when I leave my room AND they managed to get in and steal my brand new top. The safe doesn’t work neither. When I reported that my watch had gone missing they said the manager would be in contact which was never done I followed up two days later the same thing was said to no avail. In short this was the worst stay I’ve ever had in newyork this hotel which is situated in the Bronx 167st being the nearest station is a masssive NO from me after the ordeals I had my company moved me to Brooklyn a hotel near Dumbo for the remainder of my trip where I felt safe, loved it and things were secure I had zero problems. I will be doing a social media video on it as I travelled with my travel cam to keep in my room in case issues like this arise so if you’d like more info and to see my full review message me at @Jazzminemaria Other than that I think the only ONE good thing was that rooms were clean. Everything else horrible book at your own peril.

The location was a bit hard to find, but once you find it, it was very close to public transportation. The room was comfortable and what you would expect for what you pay. The walls were thin so you could hear what was happening in the hall, but during my stay it was pretty quiet. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a nice stay with good breakfast everyday. Just the location was a bit not clean.

Very cool and coopeartive front desk, spacious rooms and very clean as well. 100$ deposit against damage was taken although I was staying for only 1 night, I may reserve this hotel again in the future, close to the subway station at the Yankee's station.

Loved it as its cheaper then Manhattan hotels. Very clean and free breakfast buffet. Its close to train station and not a long trip to Manhattan. I'll book again.

The hotel is about a 4-5 minute walk from the New York Line 4 subway station, and it takes 30 minutes to go to the Metropolitan Museum. The three of us booked a one-bedroom suite. The room is not small, and there is plenty of space to put suitcases. The bed is about 2 meters long. It can sleep three people without any problem. The bathroom is clean and tidy. There are not many breakfast varieties but they are basically delicious. Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective. I will choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity to come to New York again. of!

Very, very satisfactory hotel service: complete facilities, excellent hygiene, convenient transportation nearby, warm hotel service, and the highlight is the rich buffet breakfast, unlimited supply of coffee, tea, ice water, and hot water. It is really a value-for-money living experience. The elevator room is spacious, which solves many practical needs for us first-time tourists to New York. Coupled with the very reasonable price, it provides good conditions for us to easily explore the beautiful city!

I didn't like it. I asked them to cancel a pre-booking because I had an emergency. They charged me for the camera and didn't give me my money back.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly, the breakfast was very good. The room was perfect. ☺️ We will return😍

The room is large, and the hotel's breakfast provides different types of breakfast every day. Very close to the subway station, 5 minutes walk, convenient transportation.

Very good hotel service and facilities. Just a small remark: since guests clear the breakfast tables themselves, it would be nice if the staff cleaned the tables as soon as someone has finished, for the next ones.
