Located just about 1km from Lijiang Old Town, this place offers a convenient yet peaceful stay away from the crowds. Our room was spacious with a large balcony, though it faced other rooms, so privacy was somewhat limited. Do note that none of the rooms offer mountain views. That said, the service stood out — the manager (管家) was incredibly helpful and even arranged a personal driver for us the night before our day trip to The Tiger Leaping Gorge in Shangri-la, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was decent, though not particularly memorable in terms of taste.

Hotel is big. Location is great. We love the facility with washing machine and hanging area provided. All the staff were friendly too

Big hotel, ok breakfast, don't expect much service, housekeepers don't clean the room, not worth the price compared to other hotels in Lijiang, and the staff here like to stand and gossip about customers, having fun and not caring about anything else.

After searching for hotels and B&Bs in Lijiang, I was dazzled. Finally, I chose this hotel. Our room was a B&B room in the north building. There was a back door of the hotel downstairs leading to the ancient town. The location was great. It was not as noisy as living in the ancient town, and it was very convenient to travel. The service was also very good. The housekeeper Xiaomei was able to respond to every request. When the child had a fever, she sent a thermometer and helped to heat up the porridge. It would be better if the breakfast could be richer!
